Quinton Carter and Jonathan Wilhite grabbed the start at safety and nickel cornerback, respectively, two changes at starter on defense.
It’s Carter’s first career start.
The Broncos opened with their nickel package, so Wesley Woodyard also got the start at linebacker alongside Von Miller — who was up on the line as a semi-defensive end — and D.J. Williams.
Elvis Dumervil, Ryan McBean and Marcus Thomas started on the defensive line, and Brian Dawkins, Champ Bailey and Andre’ Goodman rounded out the secondary.
After forcing a punt, the starting offense is now on the field.
Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, J.D. Walton, Chris Kuper and Orlando Franklin make up the offensive line. Tim Tebow starts at quarterback, with Eric Decker and Eddie Royal at receiver. Daniel Fells is at tight end, and Willis McGahee and Spencer Larsen are in the backfield.
