Before Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Broncos will honor a pair of LPGA stars in Meg Mallon and Stacy Lewis on the field prior to kickoff. Mallon is the 2013 U.S. Solheim Cup Captain and Lewis is the 2012 Rolex Player of the Year and the leader in the U.S. Team points standings. The players will have the Solheim Cup trophy in hand.

Both Mallon and Lewis will represent the United States in the upcoming 2013 Solheim Cup, which will take place Aug. 13-18 at Colorado Golf Club in Parker. The event, which is similar to the Ryder Cup, will pit the top 12 U.S.-born players against the best European golfers in a three-day, match-play tournament.
