Dumervil Drops PonderElvis Dumervil broke into the backfield to sack Christian Ponder on third down, forcing a Vikings punt. Linebacker Wesley Woodyard and defensive tackle Ryan McBean helped finish off the play.
Dumervil now has 6.5 sacks on the season, including at least a half sack in five consecutive contests. He now has 49.5 quarterback takedowns for his career.
The Broncos will take over from their 23 after the punt.

Dumervil Drops RiversElvis Dumervil moved the Chargers backwards to start their two-minute drive, breaking into the backfield and sacking Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers for a 13-yard loss.
The sack gives Dumervil 4.5 quarterback takedowns on the season and 47.5 in his career. He now has sacks in four straight games, which marks a career-best streak. Dumervil is the one of two players in the NFL with at least a half sack in the past four games.
