KICKOFF: Quan Cosby is deep to receive the kickoff — and it’s a touchback.

Q1 15:00: The starting offense is on the field, led by Kyle Orton at quarterback. Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, J.D. Walton, Chris Kuper and Orlando Franklin make up the offensive line. Willis McGahee is in the backfield. Brandon Lloyd is at receiver, and Daniel Fells and Virgil Green are at tight end. Chris Clark is in as a blocker as well. The first play of the game is a 4-yard run by McGahee.

Q1 14:00: After a 3-yard run by McGahee on second down, a pass to Eric Decker is incomplete, and Britton Colquitt is in to punt. Patrick Crayton is deep to return, and he takes it nearly to midfield after the 54-yard punt. It’s a 29-yard return to the Chargers 48-yard line.

Q1 13:31: The starting defense is on the field. Robert Ayers, Brodrick Bunkley, Kevin Vickerson and Elvis Dumervil are on the line. Von Miller, Joe Mays and D.J. Williams are at linebacker. COIN TOSS: Denver wins the toss and elects to receive.

Q1 15:00: Quan Cosby returns the opening kickoff to the 15-yard line.

Q1 13:56: Kyle Orton fires incomplete for Daniel Fells on first down. Willis McGahee runs for five yards on second down and Orton’s third down pass intended for Eric Decker is incomplete. Britton Colquitt punts to Randall Cobb who picks up a few yards on the return but a flag is thrown for illegal block in the back. Green Bay starts at their own 31.

Q1 13:00: Aaron Rodgers throws incomplete on first down after taking a shot from Elvis Dumervil. James Starks gains five on second down. On third down, Rodgers completes to Greg Jennings, who beat Jonathan Wilhite deep over the middle for a pickup of 43 yards. Rodgers then hits Jordy Nelson for a quick 9 yards on first down. On second down, Rodgers is flushed out of the pocket and throws incomplete intended for Jermichael Finley. Rodgers’ third down pass is too far for Donald Driver bringing up 4th-and-1 from the 12-yard line. Starks is stopped short on fourth down by Brian Dawkins and Denver takes over on downs.

COIN TOSS: The Broncos call heads — and it’s tails. Tennessee wins the toss and elects to defer. So the Broncos will receive to start the game.

KICKOFF: After a touchback, the offense is now on the field, led by Kyle Orton at quarterback. Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, J.D. Walton, Chris Kuper and Orlando Franklin make up the offensive line. Brandon Lloyd and Eric Decker are at receiver. Daniel Fells is at tight end, Spencer Larsen is at fullback and Willis McGahee is at running back.

Q1 14:27: Two runs by McGahee gain a total of 5 yards, leaving Denver with third-and-5 at its own 25-yard line. Orton takes the snap in the shotgun and quickly finds Decker for the first down on the sideline.

Q1 13:27: After the 8-yard gain, the ball is at the 33-yard line. On first down, Orton fires toward Decker as he is hit in the backfield, and the pass falls incomplete. Second down brings a run for no gain by McGahee, and now it’s third-and-10. Orton barks out some instruction at the line before dropping into the shotgun. He takes the snap, steps up in the pocket and fires to Lloyd in the middle of the field, but the pass is incomplete and Britton Colquitt is in to punt. Colquitt keeps up his hot start, booming a punt that’s fielded at about the 5-yard line — a 62-yard punt, officially — and returner Marc Mariani is dropped at the 11-yard line.

Q1 12:14: The starting defense is now on the field. Brian Dawkins and Rahim Moore are the safeties, Andre’ Goodman and Cassius Vaughn are at cornerback, Wesley Woodyard, Joe Mays and Von Miller are the linebackers and finally Jason Hunter, Brodrick Bunkley, Kevin Vickerson and Robert Ayers make up the defensive line.

PLAYER INTRODUCTIONS: The offensive starters are being introduced, as they sprint through the tunnel one-by-one. Tim Tebow is the last player onto the field, and he runs to greet his teammates — Brian Dawkins is there first for an embrace — to a loud ovation.

COIN TOSS: The captains are at midfield for the coin toss — including Rod Smith. The Texans call heads — and it’s tails. The Broncos win the toss and defer to the second half. Denver will kick to Houston to start the game.

Q1 15:00: Steven Hauschka is in to kick off, with Steve Slaton deep to receive for the Texans. Slaton fields it a yard deep in the end zone and is tackled by Eric Decker at the 20-yard line. The starting defense is on the field, with Justin Bannan, Jamal Williams and Kevin Vickerson on the line. The linebackers are Robert Ayers and Mario Haggan on the outside with D.J. Williams and Wesley Woodyard lined up inside. In the secondary it’s Champ Bailey, Andre’ Goodman, Renaldo Hill and Brian Dawkins, back after missing the past three games with a knee injury.

Q1 14:48: Houston’s first play from scrimmage is a handoff to Arian Foster, who is dropped by D.J. Williams after a gain of a yard. On second down it’s Foster again, and Vickerson and Bailey are there to stop him for a loss of a yard. Now third-and-10, Matt Schaub lines up in the shotgun. He takes the snap, drops back and fires to Owen Daniels, who is stopped short of the first down. There’s a flag on the play, however — illegal formation on the Texans. The penalty is declined and the Texans have a fourth down. Matt Turk is in to punt to Eddie Royal, who waits at his own 29. He calls for a fair catch at the 40, where the offense will take over.

Q1 15:00: Eric Decker is back deep to receive the opening kickoff from Sebastian Janikowski. He takes it out to the 26-yard line, and the starting offense is on the field, led by Tim Tebow at quarterback, making his first career start in the NFL. Knowshon Moreno and Spencer Larsen are in the backfield, and Daniel Graham and Richard Quinn are at tight end. Eddie Royal is the lone receiver.

Q1 14:20: After a 6-yard run by Moreno on first down, the running back takes a direct snap on second down. He’s taken down for a loss of 1 by Rolando McClain. Now third-and-5, Tebow lines up in the shotgun. He takes the snap and throws a pass intended for Brandon Lloyd, but it falls incomplete. Britton Colquitt is in to punt, with Nick Miller back to receive at his own 20-yard line. The punt takes a Raiders bounce, however, before being fielded at the Oakland 39-yard line. The Raiders are charged with a hold, pushing the ball back 10 yards to the 29.
