We’re getting ready to go to Atlanta to play a good team in the Falcons. We’re looking forward to taking the next step. It should be a good game and a good measuring stick for us and our team. We’re looking forward to getting on the plane and hopefully coming back with the ‘W.’
Last week’s opener was great. I’ve never seen so much orange in my life. Our fans are great. I’m looking forward to knocking this next game out then getting back in front of the fans at home against the Texans next Sunday.
Before that though, we have a tough test coming up against the Falcons. They have a great offense, a great quarterback in Matt Ryan and lots of weapons. We definitely have to be on our A game to pull it off.
Hopefully A&M gets a win this afternoon vs. SMU. We just have to keep taking it one day at a time to be that program that we know we can be.

Killerkod, I’m sorry I didn’t ever get back to you on the song. Once I started laying tracks down I got engrossed in the project and fIgured it would be difficult to send tracks back and fourth, I hope your not bummed at me.
Anyhow I finished recording and mixing the Neck Rock and I just have to figure out how to put it on youtube for you all. I wish I had someone to make a cool video of clips to go with the tune. Kod, can you do that?

Speaking of getting back in front of the fans next sunday… I will one of the wounded warriors recognized at the game. Will we be able to meet any of the Broncos? I was in the Support the troops ceremony last year against the Jets and we got rushed off the field and the only person who said a word to us was Mark Sanchez and Shonn Greene. Don’t get me wrong we were all grateful for you guys having us but it would have made our day if we could have met one or two of you.
