There’s playoff football on television, and I’ll be like most of you these next couple days — I’m going to watch it all. It’s gonna be nice to enjoy the weekend and just be at home, watching football. It’s kind of like you wait for the playoffs and it’s a fun time of the year. It’s the tournament. It’s one-and-done. I’ll be at home enjoying the games, being on my iPad studying, figuring out who we’re going to play and getting ready.
As far as us not playing this week, I’m very glad we earned the bye week. The hard work we put in all year, it paid off. We haven’t lost focus at all. We put in some good work this week and we’re excited about the break, just to get mentally and physically rested to get ready for next week.
Enjoy the games. I’ll catch up with you next week when we’ll know who we’re playing.

I’m knocking on Wood right now to keep Denvers good luck this season! We have been so healthy, only losing Mays and McG during the season (well, Walton also, but Koppen has been more than an adequate back up)
BT they did well enough to help win games. But they are still a weak unit. Suggs hasnt been a big deal like he was last year. Reed isnt on the same level as he used to be Lewis isnt either. Ngata is still a force in the middle but can be taken care of. They are no where near the fearsome unit of the last many years.
Baltimore does have a good football team. Didnt say they wernt. Their D unit is still a weak unit. It wont be like last time if we play them. But I still see at least a 10 point win differential. While they will have players back we will be at home.
Jason Hunter and Quintin Carter too. I still have HIGH hopes for QCarter. But I agree, it’s been a good year injury-wise.
Both these teams play really slow, guys just walking around, on and off the field. Hardly looks like a playoff game. Just the fast play of Manning is going to disrupt them.
Cant forget Kuper. Our OL is a different unit when he is out their on the field compared to Ramirez. Granted Ramirez has improved some but still a weak point on our line.
I am knocking on wood as well BT that we can stay healthy during the playoffs.

OT, Q and Hunter have been out since pre-season! so I didn’t count them, but I’m a fan of both! You know how I feel about Q! 2 picks in 2 career playoff games… BALLER!

BT I like Carter and defended Moore. I still think those two can be good safety pairing.
Do you think Mike Adams will be gone? There’s a chance he’s the odd man out.
AB… I’ve been Pro-Moore also, since he blasted that guy in the very first game, I think it was a Raider, blew him up on the sideline … the penalty he got on that play really jammed him up mentally and he’s just now really playing down hill and agressive again, he will be a stud I think
I prefer Adams over Leonhard, but it’s a terrific problem to have. We’ll have to see them battle it out in camp!

Yes BT I know you defended him as well. One of the few things we have consistently agreed on. That his against the Bills last year was a real eye opener. Loved that Bailey really argued for Moore against the penalty.
Strand I think Moore may be brought back as depth. He hasnt been the best but has been solid doing what has been asked.
Very true DB! Its been a while since I have seen so many rookies make as big of an impact to their team like the rookies have for the Colts.

DB, I don’t want to play the Colts. I think they have had to many freaky plays go their way this year and that the bounces kind of favor them, but that’s just me… I think we can beat the Ravens at most any style of football

No doubt – Giants weren’t the best team last year. Sometimes it’s just the way the football bounces…besides the entertainment value…that is one of the best things about a Tebow led team. The ball just seems to always bounce his way.
What Luck has done this year has become suddenly more impressive. He’s got no protection.
