I hope everyone has been enjoying a good summer. It is amazing to think the Fourth of July is behind us. The clock is ticking down towards the start of training camp.
What an off-season it has been for the Broncos. All of the organized team activities (OTA’s) wrapped up in June. Coach McDaniels remained positive throughout, which I expect to be one of his trademarks.
It is tough to say how well the Broncos progressed. Coach McDaniels says he likes the way team has been picking up the new systems. Ultimately, time will tell.
One major piece of the depth chart was put in place at the final June mini-camp when Coach McDaniels named Kyle Orton the starting quarterback heading into training camp, which begins at the end of the month.
I like the fact that there is a number one quarterback, even if it might change. In sports, we hear so much about the importance of players knowing their roles. As of now, Orton is the top guy and Simms is second. Remember, though, Coach said he expects the competition to be high throughout camp. Both guys want to play and believe they can be number one. I would expect both to battle hard through the pre-season.
Is Orton a better quarterback? I’m not sure anyone knows that right now, especially with both guys learning a new system. Coach McDaniels said Orton had a little better grasp on things (as of the last June mini-camp). Given that neither has played a snap for the Broncos yet, I have to take his word on that.
I do think that Orton has better talent around him than he did in Chicago. The Broncos’ offensive line is back and the running game should be healthier and better than it was a season ago. A good running game is a quarterback’s best friend.
Orton had the reputation in Chicago of being a guy who “managed the game.” To me that means he was good enough to not hurt his team most of the time but not necessarily good enough to put a team on his back. I’m not ready to say that about Orton. You can’t discount what a fresh start means, I think the Broncos’ offense will at least be pretty good (yes, we do have to see how the Brandon Marshall situation gets resolved) and I think Orton is smart and more than motivated to have a good year, if indeed he is the starter much of the season.
I also really like Chris Simms. When he was healthy in Tampa, he led the Bucs to the playoffs. Thankfully, I’m not sure what a ruptured spleen feels like but I can imagine it is a tough injury to bounce back from quickly.
Simms got buried in Tennessee and never had the chance to show what he can do. He seems to be athletic, possess a pretty strong arm and wants to compete for the job. Plus, he and Orton, from the outside, seem to genuinely get along well.
I know summer is in full swing. But it won’t be long before the battles begin at training camp. I’m ready.
What are your thoughts about Kyle Orton being the number one quarterback heading into training camp?
Thanks for reading and sharing your thoughts.
Sincerely,
Mike

I am so happy Cutler is gone and I do hope Orton does well in this system. Time will tell but I do think we are in a re-building year. New coach, new quarterback, new defensive system, new offensive system and almost 55 new faces in the locker room. It’s true they could be the Miami Dolphins of a year ago and shock everyone by making the playoffs, but that’s really about it. Patience is going to be key for this team. I just hope they’re very competitive. Just happy they got rid of Cutler. I met him on two occasions downtown…. I don’t want to be kicked off but he was a punk.
Broncochick1 are you actually a girl or a seedy old dude, just wondering?
Im very excited about Orton being the man in Denver…not the strongest arm, but smarter, especially in red zone, and accurate…but i am looking forward to seeing Orton as my starting qb in fantasy..LOL…
it’s great to have guys in camp who want to compete; can’t wait for the season;
am absolutely tired of reading all the trash (on espn, nfl.com and other sport sites) about how bad the bronc’s will be this year…most of the power ranking websites have the broncs ranked #30 out of 32 with only kc and lions ranked lower.
orton is a good qb and will be better this year with a line that will keep him on his feet…..
..the bronc’s are smart in not trading bmarsh, lets wait and see what happens with the august court date and what goodell will do and see how he reacts after having his repaired hip pounded on in camp, that is if he ‘man’s up’ and comes to camp….
josh mcdaniels brings to the broncos a new and refreshing style, shanny’s style was stale and hadn’t change since #7 was here, and every team knew how to beat the shanny system, the 2008 lions only wish they could of played the 2008 broncos
GO BRONCOS!!!!!
GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m happy Cutler’s gone, too. I like Orton and think he’ll do pretty well. I like Nolan and think the defense will be a lot better than last couple seasons. I’m getting so excited and can’t wait for the season to start!
Broncochick…I have a friend, too, who met Cutler downtown, and she said the same thing.
Go Broncos!!!!
I know a kid who worked at a Utah golf course and met him in person.
He said he was a D-bag. I think he was better than orton, but look at the steelers. they won the superbowl, not because they had the most skill, but because hey played the best together. that’s why I wouldn’t MIND if marshall was traded.
…if we got a good wide-Out (like fitzgerald or Chambers).
And that’s also why the Bengals dont do very well. when Ochocinco wanted to play, the bengals won or tied the eagles.
Speaking of the eagles, have you seen the comments from “phillyphanofusa”?
He needs a little more room to speak if he’s talking about Superbowl Wins.
I would be one to say Orton isn’t up to par with Cutler’s talent but hopefully he’ll have the leadership our offense needs on and off the field. And I like that McDenver picked a #1 QB before Training Camp… will give Orton more incentive to try and keep that so he could be our starting QB come the regular season. I believe he’ll work his tail off to be the starter and hopefully that’s what he really wants. With the people we have on offense… they’ll help him grow as a QB and they’ll make him look real good, assuming they catch the passes and avoid endless fumbles. He has a great O-line to work with and some killer WRs and RBs.
And I’ve said this before but I really hope the Marshall situation works out so that he stays and he’s happy… if we don’t have a happy player we’ll get no positive results from him. He’ll keep us this rebelious attitude. But honestly if he ends up getting traded I won’t shed a tear… we have other WRs we can count on and from what I can tell a great running game to come!! And since we have a new coach that’s not Shanny we won’t see as many long-distance passes, although when they were caught it was pretty awesome! I think Cutler was getting a little cocky about his arm strength toward the end of the season and he was good but he was starting to show off a bit.
Orton definitely has the ability in him and the potential to be better than Cutler… dare not say that in front of NFLN and ESPN people they’ll die laughing at that. However, it takes more than talent to run an offense and win games, little do they know! Orton is a different QB than Cutler and just because he’s not Cutler doesn’t mean he can never be as good as him talent-wise. Cutler on the other hand could learn a thing or two about leadership but his ship has sailed here.
Really excited to see how Training Camp goes and what will become of our season!! Can hardly contain myself here!!!! Absolutely beside myself we got Dawkins, that will be awesome to watch him and hopefully Clady and Hillis will have unbelievable seasons!! And then there’s Stokley and Royal and Larsen… oh my word, is it me or is it hot in here?? Whew!! lol I’m done now.
And what on earth is wrong with this moderator… said I already posted this comment but it never showed up! So confused… then it says I’m posting too quickly, argh, make up your mind!!
With faith…
GO BRONCOS in ’09!!!!
Cutler dug his own grave by being a selfish punk. We’ll do just fine with Kyle Orton. He can get the job done for us and with the numerous weapons at his disposal, he’ll do nothing but excel. It’s up to Brandon Marshall to show up at camp and make a positive contribution because his options are limited at the time. I have full confidence that the Broncos will defy the skeptics and be ready for a magnificent season. GO BRONCOS!!!
Kyle Orton will always be average at best. Remember he had a heck of a time beating out the lowly Rex Grossman for a starting spot. It is always cool to be optimistic but ALL signs point to a long season for us broncos fans. Our only chance is if Nolan can install a defense that can rush the passer and force bad throws by the opposing team. Lord knows we don’t have the horses to do so, so it’s gotta be a great scheme that gets the job done. Again, not out of the question but very unlikely. Our O-line is without doubt the strongest part of our team so we will have to run the ball well which I think we will do. Moreno is a serious rookie of the year candidate. That being said, we will have an uphill battle to finish better than 6-10. Just look at the schedule and pick out more than 6 games that you think are winnable with the squad we have.
One way to look at it is, Orton didn’t have the best WR core and O-line when he was with the Bears. With that he also found a way to help them win. Now..he has a good WR core and an O-line that only allowed 12 sacks last season or something like that. So he can’t be any worse than when he was with the Bears.
Hopefully “managing the game” means not blowing a 3 game lead to win the division. We’ll show them doubters and haters by doing something positive this season. This is going to be a winning season for us.
STRONG ARM!!!!!!!!!!!! what is with the STRONG ARM?????????
Elway had a strong arm, cutler has a strong arm. Elway didnot win a SB until his arm was older, weaker and wieser. “THE DRIVE” there were no long balls. elway moved down the field slow and easy, just like what is going to happen with Orton.
and another thing while i am here. ‘WE HAD THE #2 OFFENCE’ we scored 370 points last year with this STRONG ARMED Q/B. well, if that is the case i’ll take the ‘other type’ b/c Orton and the BEARS scored 375 points. if we had put up 5 more points on about 5 of those games last year we would have won the AFC WEST with a 9-7 record. and thats IMO.
why are you wondering about the “D”? we are better. we are at least in the upper half with out even playing a game. ALL the new coaches have something to prove (just like the F/A) they will pick the best players for the spots to fill, with out any prejudice. this will mean that a lot of last years players will be setting on the bench.
You know this is kind of obvious, but if we do have a bad season all the skeptics are going to have a field day with “this and that” is why they had a bad season. If we do good they will be saying “this and that” ,to save face, is why we had a good season. Then we will know for sure that those reporters have no clue about the Broncos. Honestly I don’t give a crap what they are saying. I just wish that they could for once focus on the positives of the team instead of the negatives. There has been a lot of moves in the entire league. The only ones that are getting talked about are the Cutler and possibly the Marshall move. Give it a rest.
Silence the Critics once and for all.
Go Broncos!!!
KO will do great! And if Simms is #1 at the end, then he will be even greater, because it’d mean he’s better than KO.
About the media “experts”, let them talk whatever they want. Better for us to play in darkness than light.
Thanks for this new blog.
Go Broncooos!
Hey, are any of you guys planning on going to training camp this year? I live in the area now and would love to go. Any info or tips would be appreciated.
Kyle is going to rock the analysts and critics. He will barely live up to our demanding expectations of course…… I am predicting that we win the AFC west. The key is going to be how well we can shut down the Chargers running attack. Is anyone worried about the Raiders? The Chiefs?
Yeah, I know we have some tough games outside our division but they won’t know how to plan for what Mcdaniels will be changing week to week. They only get one crack at us. Dude, I can’t wait to see the team on the field!!
Orange Crush!!!!!!!
007, I haven’t gone to a camp in many, many years (I don’t live in Colorado anymore). All I can say is bring something to eat and lots of water. When I watched, they didn’t have a lot of that stuff for the fans. Maybe times have changed? Email Coop and ask him.
Everybody has their own opinions on Cutler so bashing him isn’t going to change anything just move on already. some people who met him liked him and some dont, so just stop talking about cutler, that was awhile ago. And its the same for orton people have their opinions i have friends in chicago who are siked about having cutler because orton wasen’t a good QB and he was accountable and he just leeched off his team meaning The D he had and other people liked him so just let it all go orton is a bronco nd cutler is a bear leave it at that.!
Anyways, i like nolan as defensive coordinator might take awhile for the players to take shape tho but oh well it is a rebuilding year, were not going to be contenders.I Like most of the rookies we have so i think well be better in the future just not now.
Go Broncos!!
SIMMS!!!!! TOUGH!!!SMARTER,AND HAS THE HEART.
LOOK WHAT HE DID FOR THE BUCS, HELL HE FINISHED THAT GAME, FOR TAMPA, ALL -BUSTED UP.!!!!! THE BRONCOS NEED !!!!!!!! THAT KIND OF TOUGH-ASS PLAYER
GO BRONCOS
Okay that is totally weird. Couldn’t get that last comment of mine to post for the life of me yesterday and now all the sudden it just appears… this website’s got something very strange going on. But I’m glad it posted it!! haha
I would love to go the a few of the training camp sessions but don’t know if I’ll be able to.
With faith…
GO BRONCOS in ’09!!!!
07elway, I have been speaking with Rob Betts of Akavit Group. They handle the tech stuff (spam filters etc.). He said that he thinks they found the problem that was causing my articles to get flagged byut before he could get it fixed, he had to run it by Kyle. I think the problems are arising as they are working on the site. I’ll check with Rob and let you know what I find out.
Go Broncos go Broncos go!
Wow, so much optimism… Nothing wrong with that of course, but to the extent that “the blinders” are on…? Come on people, there are so many question marks with this team that expecting a division title or wild card is on the verge of the ludicrous! I share the same hopes as you, and even kind of wish that I could be as optimistic, but without the blinders on the way things look now we will most likely be drafting in the first five next year – if we still had that pick, that is…
Orton may indeed end up playing well, but even at his best he is still average. He only has a winning record because of the defense and special teams. And it is a myth that he is accurate; just look at his past completion percentage…
2005: 51.6%, 9 TD, 13 INT
2006: DNP
2007: 53.8%, 3 TD, 2 INT
2008: 58.5%, 18 TD, 12 INT
AVG: 55.3%, 30 TD, 27 INT
The orange-colored glasses will have to come off at some point…
PhotoHoundAK,
Amen brother, amen! Glad to get some backing on here. Look, we love the broncos but also have to face reality which is the broncos have taken MAJOR steps backwards. It is a fact that we now have scrubs for QB’s and have not fixed the defense enough to compete with the top offenses in the AFC. I love’em to death but it’s going to be a painfull year as a fan. But as always GO BRONCOS!!
I’m exited for this year. I don’t listen to critics just on the fact that they don’t have all the answers. I know some of them are and were great players that know the game. but that doesn’t make them all knowing. thats why this year going to be exciting because we don’t know whats going to happen. A few thing we all Know is the team has really great young talent and some great veterans to make this team great. I live in arizona and nobody would ever had pick the Cards to go to the superbowl but it happend and look at miami the were one of the worst teams the year before last and the turned it around. So fans don’t listen to those critics they don’t know as much as we do at this point. who do you guys think will be our impact rookie me personaly think it will be alfonzo
G funk,
I think Moreno is going to be the rookie that makes the most impact this season simply beacause I think he is going to get a lot of touches. I watch a lot of ACC football and Alphonso is pretty impressive but remember there was another guy on that squad by the name of Aaron Curry and he just wreaked havoc and forced bad throws that fell right into his hands, he is dangerous with the ball though.
Also, I have to admit this is the first time in what seems like forever that the broncos pre-season games are going to be a must see for us bronco fans.
PhotoHoundAK, totally disagree. Also, you are contradicting yourself.
You say you share the same hopes as us, yet say that their chances of going to the playoffs are ludicrous? We don’t think the idea is ludicrous, so in reality, you DON’T have the same hopes as us. Why is it ludicrous? Because you say so? Not trying to start an argument here, but to think that we will be drafting for the next 5-6 years to get a winning team IS ludicrous.
Amazing that the majority of the fans on this site are positive and upbeat and realistic. Yes, realistic. More so then you. Realistically, the Broncos have too much talent to not be able to do well. They can’t get any worse on D then last year. Just because Cutler is gone doesn’t mean they will go downhill. Thinking that one person is going to make or break a team IS being unrealistic.
Obviously, it must be that your feelings are hurt over the Shanahan/Cutler thing? Any other reason makes no sense as to why you’re so pessimistic when the season hasn’t even started? But to tell all of us that we are unrealistic and blind sure isn’t going to win you any popularity contests here.
Your theory on Orton is flawed. You said he had a great D? No he didn’t. They were ranked 21st. Not exactly lighting up the field. His offense around him was weak. Hester was about it. The running game had injuries. He still almost made the playoffs. His percentage also had a lot to do with Hester dropping balls. More then Marshall.
Orton is playing with a MUCH improved O this year. An offense with the same Oline. With better runningbacks. With better WR’s Yes, we may lose Marshal (I doubt that, though) but we have a young WR named McKinley, who the WR coach said is the best WR he has ever coached. EVER! Gaffney is here. Chad Jackson should do well this year.
So guess what, I’ll drink the orange koolaid and stay POSITIVE and actually REALLY support my team. Not say I do, then call them a sorry team (you did that, just used different words to make your point).
If you want to be negative and bash the team before a down has been played, if you want to say that you’re right in your thinking and the majority of us is wrong, fine, but it won’t change our minds about our team or what it means to be a true fan.
Damn straight Dave way to tell him.
G funk, exactly. On any given Sunday. Keep the faith, support your team. I too, never would have guessed that the Cards would go to the SB. I never would have guessed that the Dolphins would make the playoffs after a 1-15 season. Expecially after getting a new coach, a new QB and a new scheme. Sound familiar? Yes, much like the Broncos.
So what, every team has their glitches… but since my blood IS Orange & Blue I have no choice but to stay positive. Can’t stand it when people just flat give up on their team because of one move or change that was made. When stuff like that happens the TRUE fans show their colors and stick with their team through the thick AND thin. The Broncos are my team and although at first I didn’t like at all what happened early in the offseason, its done its over nothing we can do so time to move on. You never know what McD will do and we all might get the shock of our lives with Orton… he could it for us.
Stop thinking about all the bad things that could happen to us and start thinking about all the good stuff this team could do this year. They’re capable of it… no harm in believing in them!
Thanks Dave… you’re the best!
With faith…
GO BRONCOS in ’09!!!!
thanks Dave and 07elway for your comments. Its great that some people on here think positive for a change. I never go into a season thinking my team has no chance. that crazy. i think the negative people are just still upset at what happend in the offseason. all we hear from them is how Mcd cant coach or Orton can’t play, or we can’t win because we don’t have Cutler. to those people saying those things they don’t really get this team or how good this team really can be.
I wish I could be as positive as some of you guys. I would much rather have confindence in the broncos and not just hoping that i’m “shocked” at their performance. The bears had a pretty good running game last year with Matt Forte. There is no doubt the bears D is prettty darn good, maybe if Orton could of kept them off the field a little more they would have had a better ranking. The Dolphins didn’t get rid of a young pro-bowl QB and a hall of fame coach, they got rid of scrubs. Look Cutler didn’t want to be here anymore and I hate the way he left with his thumb in his mouth But PLEASE for the love of god just admit we are going through a SERIOUS downgrade at the QB position. All the fans of other teams around the league know it.
I just don’t want us sounding like my buddy Durke, who is a raider fan. He loves ALL the moves they make and feels like every year they are going to be good LOL. When your team makes dumb moves and starts doing things that make no sense acknowledge it and be upset about it. It’s all part of being a true fan as well.
The best? Shhhh, 07elway, word might get out and THEN what? Cats and dogs playing together, mass hysteria (Ghostbusters)…. I just call it as I see it. Doc new me well from the RMN and when someone bashed, whined, criticized or cryed, I was there to set the record straight. I may not always be right, but I am determined.
G funk, stick with our little group here and you’ll find the positive type of Bronco fans that you like. We may question decisions but we also know that we don’t make the choices, so better to support them then complain about it and go into the season, G funk, in a “funk” ) pun intended, ha, ha). I’m a glass half full kind of person. Always have been. Negatism is the biggest downer in life. Leads to more negatism and ulcers. Negatism, just as positive beliefs does, spreads. Harder to get someone to feel positive, though. Easier to complain and point fingers. I’ll take the hard road. If I want an ulcer and negative, unfounded, idiotic thoughts, I’ll become a Raiders fan.
did you notice how on that chart Ortons numbers have improved….and Chicago was 20th in defense last year. that’s not very good.
Meant “knew” me, not “new.”
also look at the supporting cast he had in Chicago.
Improved fom what? Really terrible to slightly average?
Actually Doc, Chicago was 21st.
16th for points allowed (21.9)
21st for yards allowed (3334.7)
30th for passing yards allowed (241.2)
5th for rushing yards allowed (93.5)
So, as you can see, PhotoHoundAK’s assessment of Chicago’s D was totally inaccurate. I kept trying to tell people who insist that Chicago’s D carried Orton, that they can blow it out their porthole and need to bone up on their facts, not just spout off what they have heard others say without doing some research on their own.
Meant 334.7 yards, not 3334.7, lol.
I hope you positive guys are right! Lets hope for the best and around week 9 or 10 we can open this discussion back up again. That for sure will be most interesting.
Hey Dave just so you know everyone else is at Ashley blog.
So did we move over here or what? LOL, when I said you’re the best Dave I was actually referring to when you said you’d let me know what’s going on with the moderator on here but that other comment you made was really good. Telling you man, you got a gift in writing!
I’ll be back in a few.
I’m willing to bet bronco fans will be calling for McDaniels and Ortons head by week 10.
5th for rushing yards allowed (93.5)
Thats pretty darn good.
Please look beyond just last year. You will find the bears D is good. It’s widely recognized.
I have to agree with what Dynamicdave says, real fans NEVER GIVE UP ON THEIR TEAM, I got cut one time and willed my blood to stop running chefs colors, NO One thought we would make it to the AFC championship in 05….except me and all the other orange cool aid drinking fools I hang with. I remember inside the NFL was hopeing , no outright routing for the chefs I seem to remember them even making it on the cover of SI preseason edition, yeah right! Look we are!!!BRONCOS!! and we never get any RESPECT we never have. Never will. But I think loseing that prima donna cuttler and Mike Shannahan was a gift. Ive been telling anyone who would listen for three years it was Time. I have never seen a team with so manny injuries in all my years of watching the NFl since Ole Nightrain was head hunting. This in my view was due to a lack of conditioning, and that is the coaches fault.Plus shannies shanahanigans were not fooling anybody, not even the Raiders, it was like they had our playbook. Go figure, and we aint had no D since Pryce left and whose fault was that? you guessed it Shannahan. Look he traded off every good running back we had,Portis, Anderson the list goes on and on one bad trade after another and a crappy D xcept4 Champ So I say lats give ole McDenver a try….dont he have more rings than anyone on the team?
HERE WE GO BRONCOS!!!HERE WE GO!!! OH YEAH, I would have fired him after the 05 AFC championship!
OH AND BY THE WAY, WASNT IT SHANNIES IDEA TO TRADE OUR HALLLLLL OF FAME KICKER JASON ELAM? WHAT THE HECK DIDI WE GET OUT OF THAT DEAL EXCEPT 2 LOSING SEASONS IN A ROW. THAT WAS LIKE A HIGHSCHOOL IN THE SUMMER TIME NO CLASS.
IF WE HAD HIM LAST YEAR SIMPLY PUT WE MAKE THE PLAYOFFS BECAUSE HE IS STILL BETTER THAN TOM RUIN ROHAON whatever.
No defense in the league is scared of Orton, and the Broncos will be struggling against 8+ man fronts a l l y e a r l o n g.
alwayz7, I’m glad there’s someone else who is living in reality.
PhotoHoundAK – just because some of us choose to be positive about our upcoming season does not mean we are not living in reality. Yeah our chances of having a winning season seem slim but you’re starting to sound like you’re still holding a grudge about what happened earlier in our offseason. Ticks me off when people like you just can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Yeah it could take a couple of years for the team to get used to the new adjustments but you have to stay positive. Don’t know how you can sleep at night running all those unrealistic thoughts through your head and still holding a grudge about what changes were made. You have no idea what will become of this team this season and neither do I… how can you bad mouth our team?? Sounds like you don’t even care if we have a winning season or not… I hope they prove you wrong and everyone else.
So what if the Bears’ defense is good… so is ours!! Just by the simple addition of Dawkins, we’ll stun offenses all over the league. He’s a leader and the definition of a “class act”. Give our guys some credit will ya… otherwise like I told some other pessimist around here, your negativity is NOT welcome. You got nothing enlightening to say about this team and what good they could do… no point in you speaking badly about this team when NONE of us have seen what this new coach and players and do for us. You are basing your thoughts solely on the past and what’s happened in past seasons. Start looking forward cause there is nothing we can do about the past except make it better as each season comes. Have some faith people!!
With faith…
GO BRONCOS in ’09!!!!
07elway, there is a difference between having faith and seeing the truth…
I guess guys like you and D(less)-Dave can just treat these blogs like virtual pep rallies, simply cheering and chanting, and avoid seeing/hearing anything even to the slightest degree “negative.” Being critical (as in regards to analysis) doesn’t mean you are negative.
go go broncos
Criticizing your team after a couple of changes and thinking they’ll fail is something totally opposite to seeing the truth. You can’t think of one good thing that has become of this team in the offseason. And excuse me for cheering on my team… golly gee, what was I thinking!!!! That’s what true fans do, cheer on and support their teams NO MATTER WHAT! I never said or implied this team was perfect, I never said or implied this team doesn’t have their challenges this season because they do… they have several huge hurdles in front of them but they have more leadership and potential to overcome critics like you and on ridiculous yappers you’ll find on ESPN and NFLN that have nothing better to do than scrutinize everything this team does. You’re just as bad as they are… criticize criticize and more criticism. Have you nothing better to do!!!
And don’t you dare go after Dave… the guy knows more about football and having faith in this team than you’ll ever know in your life. Don’t criticize what you don’t know mister.
With faith…
GO BRONCOS in ’09!!!!
