<strong>Adopting a better diet for your High Blood Pressure</strong>

Hypertension, Stroke, Heart Disease are common throughout the United States of America and indeed large parts of the Western World. Epidemiologists attribute much of this down to the Western diet.

I am a Denver Broncos fan from Toronto, Canada, and I absolutely love this organization. I was at the game in Detroit this past Sunday...and I have got to admit...I saw NO passion or heart in any of the players on that team. The guy who looked the best to me was PATRICK RAMSEY. THey were droping passes, there was confusion on defence with the numbers of guys on the field, and it looked like they were already beat 3 plays into the game. Sure they have injuries, but is that really an excuse to not even put out an effort. There were tonnes of Denver fans in Detroit supporting our team, and the Broncos didn't give us one thing to cheer for. Nothing. The game plan by MIke Shanahan was horrible. 2nd and goal on the 4 yard line...and we run 3 passing plays. Your kidding me, right? This organization has a history of being so much better than this, so I'm getting a little worried. Some major work needs to be done this off-season. We need to start putting a TEAM together instead of going after all these guys just to help out for that season. GET IT TOGETHER BRONCOS!

Normally I cannot stand to hear someone blame a troubled season on injuries but when it gets to the point that a good portion of your team is on the IR or playing with an injury then things change. The first string was/is the talent in the Bronco's lineup this year. Doesn't go much deeper as far as I have seen. I believe that when a team is stretched as far as this, the level of compensation for the weak points in a team is greatly diminished. Think of the first weeks of the season for a moment. All close games. Our defense and special teams were just as pitiful and disorganized as they are today but we still brought home wins. Compensation. Now that we are bruised and beaten our stars are not in form to make clutch plays and tackles which allow us to squeeze out wins. We may not be a super bowl team this year, but the path to a super bowl team is evident to me.
1. Use the small but quick defensive line in the way it should of hire a defensive coordinator who can. What happened to the Bronco blitz??
2. Only play Broncos who can tackle an opponent 1 on 1. Bench or drop players who can't and sign ones who can. I can't remember seeing any NFL team who has so much difficulty tackling. I get embarrassed watching them when I'm around other non Bronco fans.
3. Have total faith in Jay Cutler. Allow him to throw the ball and call plays. He is learning how to be a top notch NFL quarteback at an amazing rate. He will throw interceptions but it is part of the process.
4. Keep Shanny. Shanny is the glue that holds a Bronco's team together. He will fix the DST issues. NO MORE FIRE HIM BANTER!!!

its not all on mike. we only have maybe one person trying to perform on the field so I think we should start trading some players in the off season and just dumping the rest.. keep jay, he will work out fine when he gets someone to protect him..
