Win or lose, Mr. Mediocrity is going to be the starter for the rest of the season, so get used to it. Tim Tebow isn't the QB for the type of offense the Broncos have anyway. He is more of a run QB, and that being said John Fox does have some plays specific for Tebow, but as far as the way the offense is run Kyle Orton is our guy, plus if my Broncos are willing to let Orton lead them, then so am I. Orton is a good quarterback, he just gets nervous in the pocket and believe me, he knows he shouldn't be turning the ball over that much. P. Rivers and Kyle Orton have both thrown 6 int's this season, the difference between The Chargers 3-1 to our 1-3, is the Defense. So, you can't blame what has happened so far this season all on Kyle Orton, sure he's made some mistakes and some times he can't capitalize when he's in the red-zone, but if our defense doesn't step it up, then it doesn't matter what Orton does, we're stilling going to be trailing through the game on Sunday and the rest of the season. So, lets hope the defense is feeling like the Orange Crush again, lets hope Kyle Orton, our starting QB, brings his "A-Game" on Sunday and lets hope The Denver Broncos can bring the magic back to Mile High.

Wiemin, doesn't really matter cuz quite honestly ... they told TT he would be the guy I believe ... in the offseason. Thats why he was leading camps and Lloyd was backing him. Heck they put Orton on the trading block right after the season. The fact remains its not about switching styles in the middle of the season or when we almost traded Orton to Miami .... if they had him on the block since the end of last season ... and Told TT he would be the guy ... they shoulda had a whole of season of nothingness to come up with a TT friendly system. I guess the only excuse could be that without him around they couldn't come up with one ... but I think that would be a pretty weak excuse. They just ain't ready to make the move or are incapable for using him right. IMO. TRB

It does make you wonder, though, what the hell was going on in "preseason", when Orton was on the trade block ... if he'd gone to Miami, then - would they have elevated Quinn, or would they have tried to put in a system for Tebow ... that would probably have meant they were going to "write off" the season, because they just wouldn't have had time to do it right ... but if that had been their ultimate plan, it would have been the right thing to do ... you can try to figure it out, but too much just doesn't make sense ... seems to me they never really had a "plan", and were just trying to dump salary and contraversy ... in the end, they had both - and still do ...

Another Warner thing - when he was with the Giants and Eli Manning was a rookie - they had an offense that they wanted Eli to run which wasn't to Warner's strengths - and they weren't going to change it for Warner - course, this is kind of the opposite of the Broncos situation - an older QB here, playing, and a younger one in the wings, and not wanting to change the system (especially in the middle of the season) to accomodate the other QB ... they'd need more than a year and a couple of training camps to do that ... so if Tebow DID come in, it would be to mostly run a system he's not suited for ... so all you guys who keep harping for him, it DOESN"T WORK THAT WAY ... "to every thing, there is a season", the old adage (bible) goes ...
