i think its to early to complain about the defence lets see how these next few games go. give dj williams some games to play it takes awile to get used to different schems. there;s no doubt he will play better just watch how much better he tackles sunday against the colts. the corners will have lots of pressure on them sunday but i think we can slow them down. we are going to move the ball against the colts and score 21 pts. and ithink we will win !!1 nobody gives much of a chance but lets play hard and have some fun!!! go broncos

your kidding right when you say ian gold is done right? Ian gold is one of the best and the WLB. He oviously proved himself in camp if he is starting. As for DJ he is a SAM LB not WLB are you crazy move him back outside and put webster in the middle that guy always seems to find the ball but lose his helmet. I dont know why you would have to players out of position like DJ and Nate. Im not a coach and if mike thinks he knows then he knows he has two rings you have to remember and we are just fans. Anyway how can you be a bronco fan and want to say its over three games into the season in which we are 2-1 not 0-3 or 1-2 what the matter with you people have some faith and dont bail out yet. Another thing what is going on with Al wilson is he coming back into football or does some team own rights to him whats the story Andrew? We could really use someone like Al right now hopefully he can return to the league and make an impact on the team and on the fans like Al did.

Hey Andrew,
I would obviously love to have Lynch first a foremost in the huddle, but I don’t think we will do badly without him. I think we would take a more cover approach for the safety position without Lynch. I think this will allow us to bring out though physical linebackers to pressure the running game, and Mr. Manning. I have seen Walker's face after a few hits he has taken and there was one in hit against the raiders that really put a question in my mind: Has he been as effective as he can be if we were to sit him out tell it was no longer sore? I would hate to see a weapon like that out, but what he could do for us for the reminder of the season would make it more than worth sitting him for a week or two... I think Brandon Marshall will do great in a loud dome (he seems like the type of guy that wants to shut opposing crowds up), and we all know Stokley will do great against his old team... I think we could sit a few stars and still beat Indy... What do you think about that Andrew?

Andrew,

I know you can't probably say yes or no

but what is wrong with our front seven?

Did the Broncos coaching staff realize just how bad they were?

I realize that Moss, Crowder and Thomas are all rookies, so a slow start is to be expected.

There was a reason Simeon Rice was dropped from Tampa and it wasn't just because of his health, he is done it seems as a player, age and injuries have caught up with him.

There was also a reason Sam Adams was released, the dude looks like he is playing on skates, for a guy who is almost 400 bills, he gets pushed around easier than my grandma in a wheelchair.

Don't get me started on our linebackers.

Ian Gold is done, finished, forget it. He's probably 210 lbs in reality, he always relied on his speed, and with his age and injuries, that is something of the past. He gets eaten up by blockers faster than a coney on July 1st at Nathan's Hot Dog Stand. Any reason he was signed to begin with has to be blamed on Bates, because plain and simple, Ian is a horrible LB, horrible.

DJ is NOT a middle linebacker, he is a WLB and should be playing in that spot. It's almost embarrasing to see him play as a MLB to be quite honest with you. We need to dump Gold and start Ian over there.

Green, c'mon, there is a reason he was a bench player his whole career. He's average at best, I suppose he is about the best of the worst here.

Can the coaching staff/GM not actually sign a real MLB????? MLBs go north and south, not east and west, like DJ has done his whole life, he is obviously not equipped to handle the middle spot.

for the love of sweet pete, bench Gold, move DJ over and find some MLB that has a tad bit of tred left on him to get us through this year.

Our defense is a complete joke.....when Champ has to be moved inside to stop the run, you know it's bad.

I really feel sorry for Champ and Dry Bly, they are getting hung out to dry on a really bad defense.

What was the coaching staff/Gm thinking this offseason???

What IS happening with Al Wilson? Can any one fill me in on why we're asking about him? Sorry, I live in WI and don't hear much Broncos news.

Thanks so much Andrew for all the updates and inside information. Do you think we're better off with a healthy Karl Paymah or Foxworth over an injured Lynch?

I don't understand how we got physically abused by the jags. Along with the lack of a run defense why is Hixon still returning balls.

If the Broncos do not figure out how to stop the run we will have a steady diet of it for the next 13 weeks. Javon will havew plenty of time to heal sitting on the sideline while the defense is on the field 45 minutes a game.
