The Broncos owned the ball 10min. more than the titans did. How can this be with out a dominant running game? Truth is I don’t believe you have to have a dominant running game to be successful controlling the T.O.P. You just have to call the right amount of running play’s. What I care about is that The Broncos call enough running plays and mostly first down running plays in order to make the LB respect your running game enough to be able to control them. My mantra on this is “If you can make a Linebacker Think instead of React you can control them.” even for a step here or a step there. With Coach McDaniels Offense The Broncos don’t need to dominate at the running game. Although We all want them too, it’s not necessary. The Broncos just need to call 20 or so running play’s at the right times and then use your play actions and screens. COOP! what do you think of LG #64 Stanley Daniels? To me, the fact He’s is starting over OL #68 Zane Beadles speaks volumes as to what Coach McDaniels and His Staff think of this Guy. He has quietly taken over the LG position! I also think J.D.Walton has improved a lot as well, who would’ve thought Olson would be out and Walton is in? Crazy! Again I Like What I see too! One more thing on the O Line, I do need to see the guards getting into the defensive backfield and make some contact with the Linebackers, I’ve seen some improvement here but they got to get better soon. One last thing, I think The D showed a lot of heart and I loved how The Broncos closed out the 4th qtr. TIME OF POSSESSION ! ! ! GO BRONCOS ! ! ! COOP!

I don't want to sing the shoulda, coulda, wouldas of this little debate... Hillis could've put up all those stats here in Denver... he could've helped us out with our running game better than the guys we have now... he should've stayed but McD made a big mistake letting him go. I honestly have to wonder if he really sees our problem here, cuz nothing seems to be getting done to fix it. By now, I expected at least some improvement, but instead its gone from atrocious to non-existent. I believe with time Moreno will be ready for at least the Jets game, he needs to 110% though. We can't afford to have him injured like this and out for a couple weeks at a time. He's the best we have right now. I can only hope to see improvement from Bucky & Maroney. Orton's arm is going to give out on him sooner or later if he has to keep throwing like this. Keep the faith Broncos Country... GO BRONCOS in 2010!!!!
