Holy cow you all went off on this blog and I have to laugh about Romo preparing a power point....give me a break. Not a Romo fan as you can tell. There were a couple books written too. WOW!!

Hey!! sorry, been swamped at work with rates under 5%, re-fi-ing a handful of past clients and purchase deals we have going. Had a few real estate deals flying around this week and I brought on a few new projects for my Team.

When I pulled up the blog I was shocked at how many replys there were and and laughed most of the way through. I'll try to be better at checking you guys/gals out more often. There were more responses to this blog than we've had all year.....funny ones too.

P.S. I am coaching....my kids hoops teams :o) as an assistant and the Team of agents that work under my business at Coldwell Banker here in town. My real estate business keeps me from head coaching with clients coming first to look at homes, etc.

I 've talked to Gil Whiteley a few times this week and was on his radio show yesterday picking games and boy did I take it on the chin...don't go with any of my picks because I'd have lost the house, if I was a gambler...of which I'm not. Lucky for me because I picked Carolina, Giants, Chargers and Tennessee, ouch! What an O-fer that was.

Josh McDaniels, is the new sheriff in town, congrats to him. I like the pick a lot and unfortunately he'll probably bring in his own staff and I imagine guys like Dennison that interviewed won't stay. Most head guys have a group they already like and work with and will bring in under a new program.

I'd do the same and you would too. You have to have a group that you know and are familiar with. Remember, his job is on the line each year too. The next few weeks will be interesting as we learn more and see who he brings in.

Let's go to the next blog, the string here, could be the longest of the year. :o)

I think for us as fans we are lucky because we have top notch organization to root for. That said as a fan I felt that Mr. Bowlen decision was the right one. I felt we have been stale for a while now. As far as Elway working in the orginazation that makes me smile. One thing I know is that Elway treated his job as a quarterback with a business mindset. Elway is very successful in the priavte sector and in the NFL. As far as the coach I am rooting for the young under dog. Youth tends to bring excitement and breaks up the monotany. What I would like to see is drafting one of the first round line backers Wake Forest or USC and looking for better safeties in free agency.

HA! NICE POST'S....
Miramontes, your wright when you said the O Coaches DIDN'T HAVE ANY CONFIDANCE IN THE BACK'S, thats why they did'nt have a starting FB in the last four games and that's why they LOST the last three games. Had they called a ballanced Offensive game they would have won 1! of those games and Shanahan would probably still be Head Coach. Your also right Bell may not be Terrell Davis but who is? I believe he is good enough to play in this system IF THEY CALL THE PLAY'S.

07Elway I'm glad you can finally smile, but as far as giving ROMO a job maybe he could be manager of the Shake machine, or not we don't know what He would put in them :-).

BRONCOBAILEY99, and maybe Romanowski will coach Andrwe Jones HA!

since 86, that is a wet dream and a really good one!

Miramontes I mean no disrespect Bro, I just think you've put to much emphasis on a Feature back. Don't get me wrong it would be awesome! I'm just saying tha lack of confidance is more to blame than the backs, and as far as turnovers if you actually look at them The Broncos gave up the ball 30 times, 18 were INT's, and some of the fumbles were from the recievers. If the O Coaches were'nt so pass happy they would have started a FB in the last four games. The fact that you care is a testament to your Orange and Blue Blood.

GO BRONCOS ! ! !

OMGosh... that would actually make sense for someone like him. I really liked his idea on college prospects. But could you imagine, If we had say Spagnola as Head Coach, and Romanowski as Defensive Cordinator?
