It doesn’t get much better than that, does it, you BRONCO-MANIACS? Wow!! 11 seconds into overtime and a 80-yard touchdown strike. Tebow reads the defense and Thomas does the rest. The defense was dominant and the O-line gave Tebow all the time in the world. Way to go fellas!!
Have to tell you a funny story. So all week I’m going back and forth with one of my very best friends who played 12 years with the Steelers and has two Super Bowl rings, Gary Dunn (pictured above). We both played at the “U” and played against each other in the league. He owns a hotel, restaurant/sports bar in the Florida Keys called the OV which stands for Oceanview, in Islamorada. Many of you have heard this name that read this blog.
We talked all week long about a friendly wager and right before the game we decide if the Broncos win, I get a dozen Stone Crab Claws and if we don’t, I have to send him a 32 oz buffalo steak. Game on.
This gets a little longer. Game time, I’m at Valor High School for my 13-year old son’s hoops games and one of our teammates’ parents has a small portable TV set, so we’re on the sidelines seated and standing watching TV/cheering the game on and the kids at the same time and everyone’s laughing and asking what the score is throughout the first quarter and almost to the half. The basketball game ends and we hightail it home and watch the rest with the kids and family and I’m texting back and forth the entire game and laughing about Gary sending me extra mustard sauce and making sure he uses Fed-Ex and on and on, sooooo funny.
So the game ends and I have my son who (by the way) wears a number 7 in all his sports does the Tebow in the living room in front of our fireplace and I text it to Gary and he promptly replies with his own version in front of an outdoor fireplace they have at his hotel/sports bar. I posted it on my Facebook page and everyone chimes in within minutes. I also posted my son’s picture below so check it out for a giggle.
Back to the action: I don’t know about you but all week the backing into the playoff comments and the radio guys’ comments about we don’t belong, were ticking me off and I knew we had a pretty good shot. I talked on 93.7 with Mac and Doog on their show about how I thought we would win this game and you know what takes the cake? All the humble pie being eaten by all the commentators on TV that said it wouldn’t happen.
I do have to give them credit though. I think they are having as much fun as we are in this victory. The O-E-O Teeeeeeeebow chant is hysterical. Gotta love it

Heh, I was wondering why the blog died so suddenly.
evryone was talking t.o but what about randy moss who is in way better condition than t.o because throughout the lockout he as working out staying in shape and was looking for a team that is playoff caliber what better way to go at pats than to use the wideout that pushed tom brady atop therecord books for tds in a year and allowed welker to have his first of several monster year for yards and receptions
Fan Poll Question: What player was the MVP of the game? It lists five players but I think it was the whole team because they all play hard for the entire game. MVP of the game is the entire Bronco team.
What I think is so funny is that all these “Experts” on these blogs go back and forth over Tebow and the guy hasn’t even played a full season! I mean there’s guys on here that still argue over Orton! Really Orton?! We’ve won a playoff game in outstanding fashion and some guys have the audasity to talk about getting rid of Tebow. Orton never won anything for us and guys will argue for that loser. I just don’t get it. I’ve watched a lot of football over the years and I know guys that have “it”, that’s why I’m a broncos fan Elway had “it”. Tebow has “it”..
Moss would be good two.
Same benefits, same problems. But he should be a contributor for at least three games. I am sure he wants a ring and would kiss some … for an opportunity.

Last night at work, I got one of the security guards who is a big raiders fan, to Tebow right in the center of the lobby at The Steamboat Grand Hotel in front of a couple of hundred guests for the music fest we had here this weekend.

I CANNOT WAIT for this NE game. Will be huge. Ready for round 2 with this east coast team, bring it. I think the Pitt game lit a huge fire under this team and we CAN win this thing. Its a long shot, we’re the underdogs big time, we’re underestimated constantly but after the last game, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!
