Crazyhorserider...answer is even though guys are big doesn't always make them a runningback candidate. I like McGahee, he just ran behind the hole is all I could tell. Lineman have to be a foot off the ground almost crab blocking but never stopping moving their feet on goal line and saw punch but no follow through

I'm smelling a little upset this week????

Go Broncos!!

Man oh Man is there some heat in the house. O.K. I take it back and restate my words...."Baby steps with a Killer Instinct" :o)

Have to have the "KILLER INSTINCT" on the 6 inch line. Doing the MAC and DOOG show tomorrow and those guys are calling for Tebow as well. I actually find it all pretty funny in a weird sort of way . Call me goofy...I'll agree. It such a media bonanza about the second string QB? Let it lay and it will all work itself out.

Will it be Tebow or Quinn? I know I'll get some responses to that.. Hey...someone said they heard John Elway say that of the Team was 500 at the bye we will change QB's??? Seriously? Where did anyone hear that because I'd think that would be all over the press. I'll go back and see if I can find it. I find that hard to believe.

McD hurt this club and it's going to take a few years to get back to speed and we need a few more players and some depth.

Hopefully Champ and Doom back this week...love those guys. Like the flying around on D too!!!

Hi Coop,

It sounds like these plays are all about the two lines facing off against each other and may the best line win. So what do you think about bringing in a huge lineman like Chicago did with the Fridge and basically overpowering the defensive line?

It is a team game and in these situations you make sure you give yourselves as much advantage as possible to make the play so I would have two linemen acting as full backs blasting a hole for Tebow to go through. Why isn't it that simple?

Elways comment(s) about the QB situation was made on 102.3 The Ticket a few weeks back.

As I stated, if you believe him. The comment was made in regards to the QB situation with having 2 starters and Tebow on the squad and what they would do in the event the team doesn't come out strong.

He basically stated that they would evaluate the situation at QB if the team was below .500 at the bye week and look at a possible change to evaluate what we've got for the future. All in all he was not very forthcoming with information and the way he phrased the answer he sounded like he didn't want to say anything at all.

The one thing I noticed when Fox left Carolina was the deafening silence from the fans about not re-signing him. Made me wonder then what they knew that Denver didn't. I guess we are finding out now! Denver is in the middle of the NFL version of a perfect storm, average (maybe) QB, average unimaginative HC, OC with a leash on him, no money and pretty much a thorough break-down of adult supervision. At times like this, I remember what my grandma told me as a youngster, "Cheer up, Son. I've seen it go like this for months, and all of a sudden, it will get worse!"

For argument sake lets say we turn it around and Orton starts playing better and have somewhat of a "decent" season, meaning we'd have to sell the farm to get Luck. You think..well he's gone in FA (that's what I initally thought). Now I think if he does well we'll offer him a contract but he would accept it under one condition..we get rid of Tebow. Now I actually can't trust anything I'm hearing from EFX but if they're serious about Orton being our best chance well then I guess we all know what we can expect.
