I wouldn’t say that! I just found something that I did like a lot about Dareus was his speed for a 319 DT. I still say we move down with the Cards and get their 2nd round pick and get Peterson but if we stay at number two take Miller! I wouldn’t mind Dareus but he is my 3rd choice!

I am still a PP guy. The only reason I agree with Von is because my stance hasn’t changed that DL is deep in the draft.(I think I explained that). So getting Von and DL later works for me as well but the undisputed best in my mind, and a Guy we can use is PP. I also spoke to your that I thought Miller would be limited in the 4-3 and now that u mention he can’t cover TEs, even worse (altho im sure people will say he can learn).
As far as the bill williamson thing, in my 1:54 post on april 18 in the preaseason blog, I said:
“Only thing I agreed with in Bill Williamsons post was that DL usually take 2-3 to show up with the exception of Suh. Even he didn’t say Dareus will be a bust: “Williamson said he believes Dareus will buck the trend and have a strong NFL career and be worthy of a top-five pick.”.”

interesting read on DBs. I like the part where he says most people think the 3rd CB always covers the slot. And goes to point out why Woodson played the nickel alot and that u also have to be able to blitz from that position. Woodsons versatility to me was a big part why the Packers were successful. TRB out…only teason I foudn that interestign is cuz I was one of those people who thought the 3rd CB always covers the slot lol but makes sense why thats not always the case.

I have finals then so I have to make sure that I do not have finals on that weekend so starting the semester in the Fall I will make sure that I do not and if I do I will see if I can take it later for the professor so that I can make the game!!!

Haha, it doesn’t matter what player went to what school. I recognize talent when I see it which makes me want that player!! I also want Paea but most likely we cannot have both. Either Paea or Austin I will be very happy!! Doesn’t matter what school they go to. Even if that person was a friend of mine, I wouldn’t want them on our team because of that!! We need straight up talent and Austin is one of those players that fits talent!!

It disappoints me that we traded so much to move up and get Richard Quinn because so far he has not produced at all for us which really aggravates me to no extent. Maybe he can come in and be an immediate impact in Fox’s blocking system but who knows!!
I want players that completely produce for our team and are going to be big time impact players. If they so happen to go to a school that I like then that’s an added bonus!!
