Vote for Tebow

December 29th, 2010 - 10:40am by Gabe Hiatt

After leading the Broncos to a comeback victory in his first home start, Tim Tebow is in the running for several Week 16 awards.

For the second time this season, Tebow is up for Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week, and you can vote for the rookie’s comeback as the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week.

Denver trailed 17-0 at halftime, but Tebow accounted for two touchdowns in the fourth quarter to help lead his team to 24-23 victory. The quarterback completed 16-of-29 passes for 308 yards with one touchdown and one interception — good for a passer rating of 89.4 — and had 10 carries for 27 yards and one rushing TD.

He threw for the most yards by a Broncos rookie quarterback since John Elway passed for 345 yards against the Baltimore Colts in 1983. Frank Tripucka is the only other quarterback in franchise history to bring the Broncos back from that large of a halftime deficit (he did it twice — in 1960 and ’62).

Tebow’s 308 passing yards also tie for the most by a rookie signal-caller this season.

You can vote for Tebow here and here.

Yeah, it’s your turn, you earned it, just kidding.

No Bay no Bear for me!
Saints don’t want Moreno bc they already have Bush who’s injury prone.

  3. baylinorcrush says:

BTW, the one I’m really jealous of is rbf1 who just told you about cheap bear, haha, he has season tickets, and good ones!

  4. baylinorcrush says:

We don’t have to tell them he is injury prone, half the Bronco fans don’t believe he is anyway.

  5. caramelloo says:

Man TRB didn’t mention that!! Hahaha!! Saints fans know he is bc most of them are LSU/SEC fans. Plus alot of them keep up with the Broncos bc of me. Behind us these fans scrutinize every move their team makes.

    Soo jealous!

Thanks too baylin. I said the same thing about Moreno on the 2nd half blog (I Think)!

    Nolan is still my choice!

With all due respect, after I got to the 6th pick and realized they have 3 QB’s and 2 CB’s going that high already I quit reading it. Have to wait for Jan 15 to know the ones who declare anyway.

  9. caramelloo says:

    This makes no sense

    Patrick Peterson (CB),
    Marcell Dareus (DL),
    Torrey Smith (WR)
    Lance Kendricks, Tight End, Wisconsin

  10. caramelloo says:

All the guys many of you mentioned like Fairley and others are available yet they don’t have us picking them. I know this is just a mock but grrrrrrrrrrr!!

  11. baylinorcrush says:

Actually that was in the first 5 picks! With Fairley the first DT/DE with the 6th pick, insane!

  12. baylinorcrush says:

And Dareus will never last into the second round, this bloger/writer is high is all I can figure, or he meant to write an article about figure skating…

C’mon mello you gotta have some bear….
Do you prefer Grizzly or Black bear?? Lol!

    Didn’t see my typo…lol!

  14. caramelloo says:

Crazy they have the Steelers picking the other Pouncey!! Funny thing is that they just might do it.

  15. baylinorcrush says:

You know the thing I get a kick out of is that at this time last year everybody and his brother were saying Jake Locker is the new Elway and the best thing since sliced bread and now it looks as if 4 QB’s will be picked before him. What a fall from grace in one year, I saw him a couple times, awful.

  16. baylinorcrush says:

Talk about missing out on multi millions, he should of declared last year.

  17. baylinorcrush says:

Yeah, I’ll have a dark bear please, LOL

  18. royalbroncofan1 says:

    You got it bay !

  19. baylinorcrush says:
