After a season in which he became the first Bronco to lead the league in receiving yards and earned his first Pro Bowl selection, Brandon Lloyd has a chance to add to his list of accolades — with help from fans.
The wide receiver is one of five finalists for the fourth-annual Vizio Top Value Performer award. Fans can vote for Lloyd through midnight on Sunday.
Lloyd enjoyed a breakout season in 2010, finishing with 77 catches for 1,448 yards and 11 touchdowns. He also led the NFL by averaging 18.8 yards per catch. Those totals were all career single-season bests for the eight-year veteran.
Along the way, Lloyd became just the second player in league history to post his first 1,400-yard receiving campaign in his eighth season or later.
This year’s other nominees for the award, which was created to honor the player who has most exceeded expectations relative to his contract, are Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw, Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson, Browns running back Peyton Hillis and Steelers linebacker Lamarr Woodley.
Past winners include Giants wide receiver Steve Smith, Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel and Jaguars quarterback David Garrard.

BTW, Mr. Detweiler, the vote for lloyd hyperlink doesnt work. The one that takes you to top value perfomer award. says its broken, maybe its just me. TRB out…
Lloyd or Hillis? Another conundrum… Of course I’ll vote Lloyd but just saying Hillis is super deserving too.
Yup-The link didn’t work for me either!
TRB:
The link has been fixed. You can get to the voting page by clicking on the link or on the picture of Lloyd at the top. Thanks for the heads up.
Unfortunately I’m not going to vote to give all my info to Vizio, LAME, I’m a Sony man anyway.
After Wannstdedt reportedly a shoe in for the Bills DC job, now the same about Dick Jauron for the Browns.
Just voted for Lloyd. It hurt seeing Hillis’s name on the list. I guess it doesn’t matter what could’ve been though. He’s gone.
Bay, thanks for helping me get a Handle on the blue infiltrator from last night. I thought it had to be a writer but of course I didn’t recognize the name, and after being lead to a site that wants me to buy something – what a surprise – I knew something was amiss. Thanks again and I’m sure he’s been dealt with.
Bay all you have to do is give them a name and an email. And you can click NOT to recieve deals from them. I gave them my hotmail which I NEVER use haha. Have fun Vizio.
Not that important, individual accomplishments pale in comparaison to team accomplishments to me anyway.
Lloyd all the way. Bay and i agree about visio but samsung is the way to go.
If I voted, it would be a tough call. Hillis or Lloyd. WOW!!!!!
Sndl how is it tough. There is only one bronco between those names. I like hillis but he s not a bronco anymore.
Fair enough Bay. I was just saying you didn’t have to give them your address and everything despite the astricks being next to those fields.
Bay,I’m a Vizio man, that’s what my big sceen is,but I’m not giving out my personal info either!
However I will give Lloyd a big Mile High Salute!!!
Great job this year Lloyd, you stepped it up dude, now keep it rollin baby!!
socal, Samsung is headquartered in this country in Austin, it’s like a mini town of it’s own, I know al lot of people working there and their products but I will go Sony anyday, most expensive but definitely worth the quality specially in customer service. I even have a Sony turntable, haha.
Voted for him, deserves it! And you gotta love Sony, top of the line has been, and always will!
Samsumg is good too, but the best quality(in my modest opinion) belongs to Sony! Freaking Japs! LOL
Best TV ever made was Curtis Mathis made in U.S.A. but they don’t make them anymore,I had one that lasted 20 years!
Socal, I hear ya man. But there is no denying what Hillis did in Cleveland was spectacular.
Lloyd put up great numbers too. But it’s not a popularity contest. Its value.
Something our late HC had no idea of! He traded him for scrap. All because of a personal vendetta. Which I’m sure will ALWAYS be denied. And personally, I believe factored into his firing. Which will probably be denied as well.
Just sayin.
It’s 5 O Clock somewhere!!!!!
GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!
Sndvl your right. Mcd was a ….well u know.
Bay as for tvs I install audio/video for a living for custom homes and samsung is the leading tv. Sony is good too.but any tv where the broncos are winning games is all that counts.lol.
Cool job socal. I got a 52″ Bravia with JBL center speaker and main and Yamaha boom box with Bose for rear speakers with a total 650 watts of power. I can assure you watching games on that set up is pretty much the best ticket outside of the stadium! But I usually watch the game in town with my Bronco buddies at the sports bar because that’s even better, how weird is that!
I love JBL speaksers. I have the JBL Creature connected to my laptop and I wouldn’t dream of needing anything else for enjoying music. My roomate and I have a 52″ Mitsubishi haha. It’s a little outdated but it is 1080p and we got it for free. Can’t beat that with a stick.
As much as I like Lloyd, I`ll still vote Hillis.
Lloyd has my vote. but Hillis is equally deserving good luck to both fine players…..
Lloyd did it great and did it often in 2010. He also kept a GREAT Attitude about it all even when his team was loosing! He deserves “COMEBACK PLAYER OF THE YEAR” considerations as well as any other accolades coming his way!!!
GREAT JOB BRANDON!!! YOU DA MAN!!! GO BRONCOS!!!
