BFE - congratulations on getting your handle unfettered.

I never have any idea what or who is getting censored or what the real standard is - because it changed a lot since I've been reading the blog - but I took no offense at anything that was said and BT holds his own quite well - so I too think you were fine last night (for a guy that was juiced.) LOL

Hey melo - not an idea I would die for but, while I'm sitting here having no sports to entertain me - it was an idea to contemplate.

It would really be a lot better if it were organized like AAA, AA, A, B levels all as pro teams. I think a lot of great football players are being lost to that communist sport - referring to soccer - and the solution is to allow more people an opportunity to find their spot in sports. There is a phenomenon also with athletes that some are late bloomers. While late bloomers are still pretty much done by the age of 40 just like the others - there is no way some of these great athletes find there place in pro sports at this time. There are also great athletes that have all the talent and work ethic, but they never get looked at by scouts because they have the wrong body conformation, height, weight, left handed, etc. I mean that the David Ecksteins' and Drew Brees' just rarely are allowed to even try out.

come on bfe you were fine. i've done mucn worse. and everyone one here knows and loves the beast so you get away with more than most! but nice of you to apologize anyway. i see another slow blog day. i had to skip out to get in a quick workout and now i'm off to dinner with the mom so i'll tryta be back tonight and check out the latest.

lotsa good points there daddybronc. the la market is college dominated in football, i agree and the nfl should absolutely be there. cant figure out why its not. even with useless politicians and leaders, they should still be able to lure pro football. i also agree LT was done when sd let him go. they knew it, he knew it, and his play showed it. but what a rb in his prime. very few better but he burnt out quickly once it was down hill it was a 90 degree dropoff. anyway i'm out til later. keep it goin and watch your back guys....

The Jags could move to LA. Change their uniforms and name to the Argonauts...and then maybe, just maybe be able to support their "own" NFL franchise... Lol

Extending the season would reduce the quality of football played IMO. The season is already a grind on players, if they had more games there would be much more injuries. Then we would basically be watching games being played out by 2nd and 3rd stringers....
