This season, Head Coach John Fox will take part in a weekly half-hour special on KMGH, Denver’s Channel 7.
The John Fox Show, hosted by 7Sports anchor Lionel Bienvenu, will focus on all things football and give viewers an inside look at the Broncos on and off the field.
“We are extremely excited to have ‘The John Fox Show’ on Denver’s 7,” Bienvenu said in a statement. “Not only will we have Coach Fox, but Broncos Director of Player Personnel Matt Russell, who will also host a weekly segment. Matt’s ‘Film Room’ segment will take the viewer inside the inner workings of the team, and, of course, Coach Fox will give us the inside scoop every week as Peyton Manning and the Broncos embark on what could be one of the most exciting seasons in team history.”
From September 8 — the day before the team’s season opener against Pittsburgh — to December 1, The John Fox Show will air on Saturdays at 9:30 p.m. after ABC Prime Time College Football.
From December 8 to December 29 — the day before the team’s regular-season finale against Kansas City — the show will move to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
The show will provide straight football talk with Fox and look ahead to upcoming games. In addition to the “Film Room” segment, 7Sports anchor Arran Andersen will conduct interviews with Broncos players for a look inside their professional and personal lives.
Special guests will be featured, including former Broncos wide receiver Rod Smith before he is inducted into the Ring of Fame at halftime of the game against the Houston Texans.
Fans will be able to participate by visiting The John Fox Show Facebook page, where they can upload their pictures and comments and compete for a chance to be chosen as Fan of the Week and be featured on the show. Further information on “The John Fox Show” can be found at TheDenverChannel.com.
