The Broncos have struck again. On third-and-10 from Denver’s 44-yard line, Tebow threw a 56-yard deep pass to receiver Eric Decker, who caught it in stride down the right sideline and ran untouched the rest of the way into the end zone.
It was Tebow’s second completion of the day, but it couldn’t have come at a more opportune time. The pass put Denver up 17-7 with 6:44 remaining in the game. The Broncos chewed up 5:21 on the game clock on the 8-play, 85-yard scoring drive.
For Decker, it was his seventh touchdown reception on the season, and for Tebow, it’s the sixth time he’s run and thrown for a touchdown in the same game.
