Quarterback Tim Tebow runs into the end zone on a quarterback draw on the Broncos first possession to put Denver up 7-0 with 7:31 left in the first quarter.
The Broncos ran eight plays on the drive, all of which were runs. Running back Willis McGahee ran four times for 17 yards while Knowshon Moreno provided the highlight of the series, bringing back memories of his college days at Georgia. He took on second-and-7 at the Chiefs 30-yard line, bounced to the outside and hurdled a defender before being dragged down at the 6-yard line.
McGahee took the next carry, but he was injured on the play. He walked off with help before Tebow ran into the end zone on the next play.
