I guarantee the first time that Tebow plays the other fans will have a sign with “Timmy” from South Park with Tebows face imposed on it. They’ll probably have some cleaver reference to Tebow being “the ‘R’ word” or “handicapped” or some other reference. Sorry that was kind of random, but hearing people call Tebow, “Timmy” made me think of that.

In my opinion being a “high character” person deosn’t mean that you don’t drink or party.

Orton not a high character kind of guy??? Im sorry, that comment kinda floors me. Most of those pics were from his college days. And if anybody thinks that a few drunken pics are evidence of low character type of personality…..wow! Im at a loss for words. If thats the case then McD should forget about competitive football and lead a group of missionaries instead.

I would agree with what is to come next year. I think one of 2 chances we have of keeping Orton around after this year is if he gets us to the Championship game. I still believe he’s our definite and solid starter this year. On the other hand, I have some doubts he will last all year — not based on his or the Broncos play, but because I wonder if he can make a full season as a starter without injury. He’s tough as nails mentally and in his will, but has been injured the last 2 seasons in a row now (weak ankles??)
At this point, I think it’ll depend on where we’re at as to who starts if he is injured.
I think the 2nd possibility is that Quinn may not pan out — if he doesn’t become what McD thinks he can, we’ll see him gone with Orton and Tebow fighting it out next year.

Just running down the possibilities and as with yourself, just another mans opinion. I also wanted to see Orton in the QB discussion.
