Few ordinary kids, nevermind 21-year-olds, get the opportunity that Woody Roseland is about to have Monday night.
Thanks to the Tim Tebow Foundation Wish 15 (W15H) Program, in partnership with Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, the Denver resident will stand alongside is idol on the field, Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow, as he goes through pregame warmups.
But Roseland is no ordinary kid.
The Denver resident has been diagnosed with cancer five times since he was 16.
Roseland battles chemotherapy daily, but will get the chance to put that aside for one day as he meets the player who has instilled inspiration and faith in him.
Tebow will welcome Roseland by his side.
“I am so honored to have the chance to meet Woody,” Tebow said. “I am so encouraged by his strength and desire to bring faith, hope and love to others even in the midst of his challenges.”

That’s awesome, at first glance I read -“I am so honored to have the chance to meet Woody,” Tebow said- as ” I am so honored to have the chance to meet Tebow.” Woddy said.
For some NFL QB’s, its a job( #8) . for others its money, for a select few it is an honor and Tebow happens to be one of the latter. Well grounded off the field, no need for a sports physiologist (#9). Can’t wait for 2012.

Tebow is a great guy and is an important part of what it means to be a Denver Bronco. No one could do a better job a representing the Broncos in the community that Tim. I hope he plays a lot on Monday doing what he does best, creat havoc and confusion for the opposition. Teams cannot prepare for T. Tebow. Go Broncos!

For all the Tebow haters hate on tebow because of his religion. Because of that they want him to fail on the field. But I say who cares about his religion. If his religion makes him a better person then more power to him. His religious beliefs allow him to be this compassinate then leave the guy alone. He isn’t shooting himself or fighting dogs. How can you hate on someone who only wants to help others? I became a fan of Tebow because of things like this. If his religion allows him to be compassionate then more power to him.
Tebow, you are awesome and I am proud to know that my children have someone like you to look up to. Thank you for your generous heart and of course i am not surprised that ESPN does not have this story in their headlines. You go out there give all that you can and win this one for Woody. I can’t wait to see you in action tonight and I will be watching the game on tv in NC.

You are authentic. Your God seeams to be real. Bring as much hope as you can to as many as you can. Go Woody beat cancer over and over until it gives up. Tim. Win or lose in football, you are a winner period! As you would say “God Bless!”
I have watched Tim Tebow play throughout college and become one of the best athletes. But, most importantly have the best attitude, no matter what he does he puts 110% into it. Woody is one lucky kid to beat cancer and to keep a positive attitude, I hope he keeps battling until cancer gives up because he sure isn’t. That’s the way Tim Tebow is though he will travel across the world to help somebody, he is one of a kind. It would be my dream to meet Tim Tebow, and for him to be a part of my life. I have always wanted to be like him, to play for the gators and to play in the, NFL. If i could be just half of what he is I would be a success. Tim I hope you keep helping people and get them through some of their tough situations. Oh, I also wanted to wish you luck on the starting QB position, you certainly deserve it!
