Submit Your Questions for ‘Elway Live’

January 2nd, 2012 - 6:08pm by Kenny Legan

For the first time in six years, the Denver Broncos are in the postseason. As a result, ‘Elway Live’ returns Tuesday at 2 p.m. MST for a special playoff edition.

Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway will join Broncos TV’s Chris Hall for the live, online-streamed audio broadcast on DenverBroncos.com. Elway and Hall will breakdown the team’s loss to Kansas City and look ahead to the Broncos home playoff game Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The show is 30 minutes long and features fan-submitted questions for Elway.

Questions are currently being taken via Twitter and will continue to be taken during the show. To submit your questions, tweet using the hashtag #ElwayLive.

After the show, the broadcast will be archived to DenverBroncos.com and will also be available as a podcast through iTunes.

On 9NEWS KUSA-TV’s show Monday night, Elway talked about the mixed emotions of the team after losing to the Chiefs yet still getting a spot in the playoffs.

“We’re in and that’s the thing,” Elway said. “I think everybody’s disappointed at how we played yesterday and I think that’s the bigger cause of being downbeat about where we are because of how we played. But if you look at the beginning of the year and where we started and what our goals were, to be able to win the division, we got that done. It’s a positive.”

No problem sorry for the typos as of late. But I’m sure you guys get what I’m trying to say lol. In vegas my employees were dumb founded about the fact that I was so interested in addressing the blog LMAO.

“I mean you’re doing sound for some of the best artists and you only care about that blog?” one said. My reply was the same answer I give my wife: “um.. Yes!” lol.

I’m out I’ll be back later.

It was always said that the Jags should have gotten him.

It would make sense tho bay, because I cannot see how anyone will take alot at McCoys body of work and think HC.

All i know is we need a new OC … don’t mind if he is from college, or if he was a former NFL HC now looking for OC job or if its a promotion within. All i know is we need one. The funny thing was last year after McD got fired we were ready for McCoy to go too and now we are right back.

Sure is interesting that Murlarkey sure didn’t turn down the jags to “focus on the playoffs” this year like he did last year … interesting. Sucker … I wish him the worst.

I still want Rich Dennison for OC … good luck with that right? lmao … how about urban myer? lol … or anyone not named McCoy would be great.

  6. 1nOnlyTRB says:

Maybe we can make Packers Qb coach our OC lol

  7. baylinorcrush says:

Mularkey didn’t wanna touch the Denver job with a ten foot pole.

  8. baylinorcrush says:

As exciting as it will be to watch the playoff game Sunday, I think there might be more exciting things in the week to follow.

  9. seweatherman1 says:

The last time I checked, the Jags select 7th in the draft. Seems to me that would be a perfect place to do some trading to move up. Maybe give them what tehy want and we can get what we want and not have to sell the farm to get it.

  10. seweatherman1 says:

Urban Myer is gone to Ohio State. Back home for him. I look for him to retire from there.

  11. seweatherman1 says:

I’m outta here guysb Been off the O2 way to long. Later.

  12. baylinorcrush says:

I see where you’re heading, give Jacksonville Tebow and like our second or third round pick for their 7th overall and give that and our first plus next year’s first to the Colts for Luck. Way too early to elaborate but there are many possibilities obviously.

  13. baylinorcrush says:

Our biggest problem is Xanders is at the poker table.

  14. baylinorcrush says:

Can I get in the game? LMAO…

  15. HardHitting27 says:

Did I miss all the laughing on the blog or was it delightful cheering? about 30 minutes ago when the Chargers said they would keep Turner for another season….

  16. armadillo_orton says:

Quick Bronco FIX if I was VP: (as I have stated in the past)

Hire Tom Clements GreenBay’s QB coach.. 6 years on the job.. And he is MONEY… Make him O/C and thrown the bank at him.. Maybe we can use some of that Playoff revenue…

Nice to see all the bandwagon Tebow haters… Kyle Orton went 1-4.. Tebow is 7-4 despite being shackled by McCoy/FOX/GASE, no WR’s, and no support from the organization.. What was Elways stats during his first 14 starts? You are the same people that were mad about the broncos picking Elway over Marino… You guys make me sick.. You are all parrots chirping the party line.. You should be yelling at Elway/Xanders for missing out on Sammy Morris, Laurent Robinson, and dumping B. Lloyd.. Why did it take this long to sign Ryan Harris ? I would have done this weeks ago… Where is C. Buckhaulter??? Why was GASE handed the QB coaching gig? But you sheeple go ahead and follow management off the cliff…

  17. baylinorcrush says:

The Chargers owner is so stupid, he’s been threatening to remove GM Smith for years and one good final game at season end, same with HC Turner and he keeps everyone on board. That organization is terrible. Amazing that they won 4 titles in a row.

  18. baylinorcrush says:

Can’t be talking about me since I’m known to dislike Xanders, LOL.

  19. baylinorcrush says:

You really think that if you put a quality OC with Fox that’s going to change the way we play O in a radical way? I don’t, Fox ball is what it is, a dozen years going, I don’t care who is OC, just my thought anyway.

  20. BeastFromEast92 says:

Me either,I dislike Xman and Ellis!

  21. BeastFromEast92 says:

Tebow shackled himself against Detroit with 4 ints, lol.

  22. baylinorcrush says:

  23. 1nOnlyTRB says:

Might not change the conservative philosophy of fox but hopefully we could get a sharper mind at OC

  24. BeastFromEast92 says:

That will be hard to beat!
