I can easily agree with you on the defense pass rush, it is not even noticeable, however I think they are playing conservative in the pre-season. The O-line had an awful game against Detroit, do you feel otherwise?

Can somebody tell me what is so wrong with this O-line? I like all these guys……I’m not one bit concerned with the O-line. I’m more concerned with our running game. We need a pass catching, route running tight end (who’s going to step here) and I’ve yet to see us generate any sort of pass rush in the 2 games we’ve played. Stafford had all day to throw as did Palmer. Maybe we are holding back on our blitz packages for the regular season????? I want to see the D get after the Steelers QB’s on Sunday night!

Now that we have Clady and Kuper back, Are we agreed that the weakest part of the O-line is center? If so, I am reading that Jason Spitz (packers) and Justin Hartwig (steelers) could be up for trade. I think it would be a wise move to increase depth at that position and give J.D. a chance to mature.

i tried singling out worrell williams but he was out of picture view a lot of the time. i believe he was in zone coverage a lot with a few blitzes thrown in (which were picked up pretty well by detroit)

polumbus didn’t perform well during his time here. i don’t know what some of you are watching, but in that last preseason game, i noticed ayodele was a bit slow to react (e.g. rb takes handoff and about to turn the corner but it takes ayodele a second for it to register and move his legs). rewatch the game play by play.
