I have been a broncos fan for a long time and find frustrating they can't find a way to win. I know it takes time to build a winning team but nothing seems to be working, when Kyle Orton took over, things started to look better but then fell apart as usual. tim Tebow is trying to get things going but doesn't seem to be having much luck either. I find it especially disheartening with regards to the firing of coaches and their compensation. It's like anything else, if you don;t get the job done you will be replaced. but I find dsiheartening and sick is the fact the Mike Shanahan and the coach that took over after him were both fired and then received millions in compensation, as if they were being rewarded for poor performance and failure. I mean come on if they had to pay millions in compensation for letting coaches go, there was poor negotiations or something going on their. As I said it's as if poor performance is being rewarded. I know this will be blown off and the comment will never be placed on the blog where people can see it, but this is very disheartening to a fan and has to be especially frustrating to ticket holders for the prices they pay and also for future ticket price increases. I say this in the hope that professional sports will someday come down to earth and realize the players salaries and the like will be normal and maybe everyone involved in pro football will realize what the rest of us go thru
