Man we have some though teams to play hopefully it is much better than last season
Hey, we play against Marshall, Cutler, Sheffler, Phonzy in the same year lol. All we needed was the browns to conclude our stroll down McD error trail lol.
Some tough customers indeed. If any of these teams are as good as they are last year or better, hello top 10 pick 2012 lol.
And preseason won’t help us see if we are going to have a good season or not because the teams we play all had losing records. That’s if we even have a preseason.
For what they are doing thios week on negotiating, pre-season looks pretty bleak.
Its been proven in the past that losing ALL your games in preseason, says nothing about how good you will do in the season. Altho like you, better competition would’ve been appreciated; Once again, assuming we have a preseason, which Im pretty sure we will since thats the first line of revenue so people will start to compromise and negotiate for real. TRB out…
I`m looking forward to seeing the 2011 schedule.
I meant for scouting our starters against other starters.
Lmao at the McD Error Trail. It’s just too bad we don’t play the Rams…
TRB, London twice, Tokyo and Mexico City!!!
It’ll be interesting to see what the schedules look like. Almost everything you read says that the lockout will go into the season but will then end after a few weeks when players aren’t getting checks. So I wonder if because of this the NFL will try not to schedule big games in the first few weeks. Will they not schedule any division games because they don’t want to have arguments at the end of the year about how a team didn’t have to play the other team on the road because of a missed game? Will they not schedule games, such as Cutler returning to Denver until later in the year? Will they just schedule out of conference games like maybe start Denver with Green Bay and Minnesota since they don’t have quite as much affect in the standings? We’ll see I guess.

Now that I think about it I hope we draft miller because of the way he plays and how effective he could be for years to come. And he is one of our biggest needs.
Curt, If our first game is at G.B. then we will be playing Thursday Night Football, the first game of the year. That`s if the season gets under way on it`s regular schedule and no missing of any games.
Ya, I didn’t really mean we would get Green Bay first week, it was hypothetical, meaning that we would get an out of conference game.
Where is that guy from last year that did a mock schedule? That was hilarious.
Curt
Mikey, I think anyone can justify either PP, MD, or VM and we would be lucky and better with any one of them on our squad. Thats the power of a 2 pick. Interestingly enough tho, Fitz said he doesn’t see a QB at 5 for the Cards. I think they also want VM who would make their 3-4 alot better, but the Bills also the shoe in for landing VM for the 3-4 especially since they currently have a competent enough QB. So those speculating Cards trading up to 2 for QB might want to change that to trading up to us for miller before the Bills pick. All speculation of course. TRB out…
I hear ya, but if we do have a road game week 1, I`d love to play Thursday night against the champs.
And be the first team to defeat the SB champions on opening night since they started the thursday night opener
Hey Mikey, it’s Miller time! Miller IMO has the most to offer. He’s fast, a sure tackler and knows how to get to the QB. He should be able to cover backs and tight ends , no problem. Any down side? Only one, he’s not a defensive tackle. LOL I still like Darius a lot but I’ll be suprised if Carolina doesn’t pick him. Wide recievers and running backs can be had in the later rounds and there is no QB worth the #1 pick. Carolina can’t afford to take a chance of ending up with a Jamarcus Russell kind of guy, besides, they have a young QB that they need to build around. Darius is their biggest need, especially with the schedule they have to play, which just isn’t right to have the first pick and the toughest schedule. Sucks to be them. Miller and Peterson are worthy of the #2 but Miller is a greater need. I’m probably wrong but it’s still fun talking about it and trying to convince other people to be wrong right along with me. I hate being wrong by myself. LOL
You have a point TRB and it wouldn’t bother me if you were right. We get more picks and the guy we want. I have confidance in our decision makers to do the right thing for the Broncos. Nice to feel that way about the best franchise in professional sports again! Go Broncos!
Too right imready. cuz lord knows when the draft and decisions were in McDs hands, I knew he would botch it up. Im glad I dont have to worry again as well. TRB out…
With our 7th round pick we should select Arizona RB Nic Grigsby. He can also be a KR.
