    (repeat from last blog)

Its good to hear every one is relieved, but i am kind of disgusted in a way. Though Cutler and Marshall were babies, they were pro bowl babies, and getting rid of them each in 2 years is ridiculous for a head coach and immature. I buy into the McChaos system, dont get me wrong, but i am worried about next year. We are taking advantage of the time we have to battle it out with just the chargers, because the Chiefs are sneaking up on everyone and i believe they will be challenging for the AFC West in a few years if not sooner..And dont forget about the Raiders, when they had bruce gradcowski they were tearing things up…I am just disgusted there wasnt any other way to keep our pro bowl players here in Denver…But hopefully Mcdaniels has something up his sleeve….

My topic question of the day WAS GOING to be if Jimmy Claussin or Colt McCoy drop to 11 should we take them? But now, if we dont get a WR i think im going to go jump off a bridge. Dez Bryant seems more likely now than ever, and it just sickens me that ill hear marshalls words echo “ill be a bronco forever” in the back of my head. Its good to see he got such a beastly contract though.

Wow..Ive never seen a white running back since the diesel do this lol! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RjLh_yO41jw

  3. broncos20 says:

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
first thing I see online…Brandon Marshall traded to the Fish!……HONESTLY McDANIELS?????????????????????????
i’m barely coping with his methods…I wonder how all the players feel..”My best wont be enough for our coach”….
still, I cant let my frustrations get the best of me..I wont jump ship unless the captain (coach) calls abandon ship…
    Upsides, more picks??

  4. Atwater4HOF says:

All I have to say is that if we turn this 2nd round draft pick we got into another Richard Quinn (3rd string tight end) pick I will be furious. If we turn this into us getting McClain, Pouncey, and Golden Tate/Arilleus Benn then I will be content with that. Don’t screw this up McD

  5. bronco-blaze says:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ikQaUdZrET8 golden tate….ATLEAST WATCH the video at 3:15 lol!!!!! Jumps into the band pile after a td so funny!

  6. bronco-blaze says:

And from the research ive done, it seems that golden tate makes more plays than dez bryant…The thing is, i dont think we can judge a WR off catching balls when they are wide open, but how the adjust to huge plays, when double covered and such…Golden tate may be smaller, but from what ive seen he has done much more than dez bryant. X.X thats just my opinion though.

  7. BeastFromEast92 says:

A4HOF remember who we are talking about, the verdict is still out on last years draft(it takes 3 years to evaluate a draft class) But seems like he botched it pretty good,he better make good on this one or I’m gonna side with sndvl, and say McChaos must go.

  8. Atwater4HOF says:

You don’t draft a 3rd string TE in the 2nd round when he wasn’t projected to go until 4th-5th round… awful value at that spot and not a position of need

  9. BeastFromEast92 says:

bb I don’t like Bryant period, everybody thinks he can step in and take Marshalls place,no respect to anyone, but I don’t see any WR in the draft coming in here and catching over 100 balls and 10 tds.The Beast’s playmaking ability will be missed by ALL,like him or not,he’s a BIG playmaker.

  10. BeastFromEast92 says:

Yeah I like Moreno but we should’ve taken Orakpo or Cushings last year.

  11. BeastFromEast92 says:

BTW Thanks Mr. Caldwell been looking for that schedule to come out, just got caught up in the moment of the Marshall deal like everybody else, thanks again.

  12. marshisboss says:

I like Demaryius Thomas to replace Marshall if you are looking for a big guy but i said from last week i love Golden Tate for the Broncos

  13. florio's_mom says:

    Has TRB been around?

I feel kinda bad for him

If we get Dez he can change his name to TheRoyalBryant. lol

  14. Orange_Crusher says:

Just read where Tony Scheffler will also sign his tender today making way for an immediate trade.

We could know as soon as this afternoon what he will fetch and to where he will land…

  15. Orange_Crusher says:

I also heard that Dez Bryant will meet with the Broncos tomorrow…

  16. Orange_Crusher says:

I’m guessing a 4th rd pick from Washington or NewEngland for Scheffler…??

  17. broncos20 says:

well then lets get Doom’s deal done please…

  18. baylinorcrush says:

Yeah, another inevitable thing we’ve known since he said he couldn’t wait for the f%#@&*g season to be over:

Tony Scheffler will sign his tender today, a transaction formality that transfers the Broncos’ tight end from restricted free agency to the trading block. Brandon Marshall, the Broncos’ No. 1 receiver, signed his $2.512 million tender Tuesday and was traded today to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for second-round picks in the 2010 and 2011 drafts.
Scheffler will sign his $1.176 million tender today with the understanding the Broncos need to control his rights before they can trade him.
The Broncos hope to get a third-round pick in return for Scheffler, whose 13.7 yards per catch tops all tight ends since he came into the league in 2006.

But wait this is Klis talking, and we all know he can’t be trusted because he is an idiot, LOL. Jk/

  19. baylinorcrush says:

With us getting two seconds for Marshall, I’m still hoping like the Broncos that we can get a third for Scheff. A first, two seconds and two thirds would be good amunition for next week, Christmas already!

  20. marshisboss says:

I would personally welcome a third for scheffler

  21. Orange_Crusher says:

If we take Dez with #11 theres no way we get Pouncy unless we find a way to trade back up into late first rd…? I just don’t see that happening? I can’t wait to find out what happens!

  22. BeastFromEast92 says:

    Center
    ILB
    POWERBACK
    Nickel Corner
    WR
    TE that can catch
    depth OL and DL

If we can get a BIG playmaker at #11,I’d take him.

  23. baylinorcrush says:

    To me it’s:

1). Williams with the 11th, if not available:
2). McClain with the 11th, if not available:
3). Trade down half a dozen spot, take Pouncey with the 17th, and get another second or third.
Then with two or three seconds and two or three thirds (5 picks) we can get our D lineman, Power back, ILB, big guard and WR all before the fourth!!!

So I do like the trade down (#3) for Pouncey probably best.

So far McD has been agreable with me, why stop now? LOL.

  24. baylinorcrush says:

That was assuming we get a third for Scheff.

  25. Orange_Crusher says:

Man, Orton must be salavating at the kind of money that he just seen BM snag by signing his tender and asking for a trade…. Humm

I hope that Denver cracks open the bank for Doom cause I’m sure he took notice to Marshalls windfall. I just don’t know if McX will do a megadeal with anyone????

Could The Doominator be on his way to being the next blockbuster trade we make? I hope not….

I heard a report that McDaniels is asking all of the RFA’s to sign their tenders as soon as possible… Maybe they are all history??

  26. baylinorcrush says:

I don’t see him trading either Orton or Doom, they both are just too hard a workers, and they do anything McD tells them to do, completely opposite of Marsh and Scheff, just trying to keep things in perspective here. It’s not quite Doomsday yet, in more ways than one, LOL.

  27. DrunkenBronc says:

People bring up moreno yards but don’t bring up his yards per gain. Going into celebratory convulsions after a 7 yard gain gets tiring after a while. Lol

best yards per gain for a tight end in the league. Ya get rid of him. We need smiles and yes sirs in the locker room as opposed to producers on the field. Smiles and character don’t score touchdowns. Haha

  28. baylinorcrush says:

And remember Prater and Kuper both signed their tender, but not for the goal of trading them, just to be kept.

  29. baylinorcrush says:

Actually not sure if Prater was tendered or not, but know that he signed a contract to stay and he was a RFA also.

  30. Orange_Crusher says:

I just can’t see Doom signing a low tender.. Prater and Kuper got fair $ by signing but Doom knows like Brandon that he can get a lot more.

I think Ort might think he could get a lot more too? Otherwise he would have signed already?? idk?

  31. baylinorcrush says:

They have until June to sign, what’s the rush?

  32. Orange_Crusher says:

what happens if they don’t sign?

  33. DrunkenBronc says:

    Think prater signed a contract.

The whole trade the disgruntled player thing soon bites a team in the butt. One player is one thing but when another comes out gets traded and paid it just sends a message to the rest of the players that if u cry and whine you will get your way. Cutler got his way. Marshall got his way. Scheff will get his way. Some say it the coaches positive cause they are getting rid of a headache. I say it the players positive and they are getting what they want. A new team and money, while the coaches get a void in their roster.

  34. baylinorcrush says:

If they are not traded and don’t sign their tender by June, it is my understanding they have to sit out the season, and without pay.

  35. baylinorcrush says:

But to be traded they would have to sign their tender…

  36. Orange_Crusher says:

It seems like if they don’t want to be traded but they refuse to sign and play for the tender amount then there will have to be some kind of contract offered?

What if Orton is there to clam the #1 QB spot but wont agree to play for the $2.6 mil and the Broncos won’t agree to pay more?

  37. baylinorcrush says:

Unless someone gives them an offer sheet and agrees to the tender before tomorrow’s deadline.

  38. baylinorcrush says:

He has to sign the tender in order to play, without signing he is without a contract and sits out the season, like some players have done in the past because they were so fed up with their team, they no longer wanted to play for them regardless and the following year they are free to move on to another team.

  39. Orange_Crusher says:

Wow, this is getting tense… I like it! we’re finally getting to crunch time on a lot of the questions we’ve been perpetually pondering.

I think the NFL loves to have all this blockbuster trading and firing and hiring of coaches cause it adds soo much more interest to the game….

  40. DrunkenBronc says:

Even if they sign the tender they can still hold out. Which are what a lot of “experts” are saying spoon will do if he doesn’t get a contract done

  41. baylinorcrush says:

It’s pretty radical, but it has happened, however no way I see that as a possibility for Doom or Orton, there is not that kind of bad blood here, my guess is they’ll play for they tender, specially Orton, and Doom might get his big contract as Marshall has freed up a lot of future money, but that would be out of the goodness of Bowlen, he doesn’t have to do that to retain Doom’s right for this year.

  42. DrunkenBronc says:

Spoon lmao. Dooom! iPhone thinks it’s fixing words

  43. baylinorcrush says:

Keep in mind everything I’m saying is not the bible, but I’m pretty confident I got the overview correctly, if anyone knows different, feel free to correct me.

  44. BeastFromEast92 says:

Doom shouldn’t have to sign his tender, cause management should sit down and write him up a big fat contract, just in case,we lose him and I’ll hate McD forever.

Baylin don’t be so sure you like #3 the best yet,Williams or McClain would be ok with me,but we do need a Center, but is Pouncey that much better than Walton(Baylor) or Olsen(Notre Dame)????

  45. BeastFromEast92 says:

    DB…I heard that.LOL

  46. baylinorcrush says:

    1) 2) or 3) is fine with me

  47. BeastFromEast92 says:

Yeah I just want a good Offense to go with that GREAT Defense I think we’ll have next season.

  48. Orange_Crusher says:

I don’t think neither one of those guys will be very happy to play for less than they think they are worth. They might suck it up and do their time but any man that feels slighted by their employer is going to have some animisoty. They might be good at keeping it under hat but im sure it will be there. To what extent it permiates into their performance is questionable.

  49. BeastFromEast92 says:

Any chance we take another nickel corner,or will Nate Jones fill all the need????I would be ok with another nickel corner/KR.
