9-7 and I don’t care what anybody sez, The Broncos right now are getting better in every faze of the game, offense,defense,special teams and it seems almost magical that number 87 is terrorizing safeties again….shades of Eddie Mac…Ayres, Elvis, Von, DJ,Mays, Marcus,Goodman,Champ,Carter,and Weapon X Is it me or does this at least sound like a legendary D? I’ve seen flashes of greatness last year and this year and I for one believe….yes I have been hitting the cool aid but so what! Go Broncos ground and pound the J E T S…9-7 9-7 9-7 wins the west!!!

Loving Tebow Time

Believe me, being way up in Wyoming, there are some times when I have had to deal with a lot of abuse (being such a staunch Denver fan). Tebow has really given me some upmanship with these last two wins. I predicted the general play of those games to some friends (who are not bronco fans and definitely not Tebow fans). I was certain that Denver would surprise the football world against the Raiders and Chiefs.

I have also struggled a bit with this forum, and I am thankful that no one has whacked me for my mistakes as a contributor. I jumped on this site recently because, as Bayless said, “you have never seen a quarterback like Tebow”. I have played the game just a little and watched it very carefully, and fully agree with Bayless.

I’ll take the Bronco’s by barely three. The best thing about Denver and the Broncs this season is that they get better every game. It wouldn’t surprise me if all of a sudden Denver opened up with some screen passes and crossing patterns just at the right time. It just didn’t make sense to make that step against Raiders or Chiefs, but our team has shown an ability to make just enough change, at the right time, to get the job done. I realize we are big underdogs, but that is part of what makes me such a loyal Denver fan.

I think more play action passes on third and longs. This running on 3rd and 7′s every time isn’t gonna work. Gotta take more shots here and there, this guy can throw the ball for chris sakes they act like he has no arms.

Ray – I don’t think too many are expressing much more than optimism and wishful thinking. Until we get through a few of these AFC East games – frankly – we don’t have a clue as to what we have yet.

Right now the Broncos are reinventing themselves every week – I pity those who fail to enjoy the process.

What’s up with this stuff about Tebow being on a better team? Last I check he is playing with the exact same roster Orton had.

And as to the idea that our record would be the same if Orton were never benched. LOL

That is obtuse for a whole bunch of reasons, but you need look no further than the chargers game to see how ridiculous that is. Compare the first half of that game (with Orton starting) to the second half (with Tebow running the O). You will see the difference a Tebow makes.
