Why isnt Ray Lewis listed on the injury report?
Because he hasn’t been lifted off of the IR list yet. They can wait until the last day from what I heard an hour ago. If Lewis is on the IR list he doesn’t have to speak to the media. There’s some poker being played here by John Harbaugh. LOL
Bay – be careful what you wish for.. You might get an Orange & Blue Turtle in the stands, wearing a Brady jersey… LOL!
But seriously, the world is a different place. I’m sure you read about the Jets mega fan, fireman Ed, hanging it up b/c his own fan base was relentlessly heckling him…
Wow, the Ravens are more banged up than I thought.
It’s not a matter of ‘IF’ we’re drafting a WR in April, it’s just a matter of which round IMO.
I really like seeing the short list of Bronco injuries week after week. This is the payoff of having great equipment and conditioning personnel.
(Unfortunately – the Pats are doing just as well. [the team to beat])!!!
OT, we might even go after a veteran WR in FA after the season is over. Can you say the names Welker or Bowe.
I can see the Broncos going after Wes Welker and re-signing Brandon Stokley.
I could see a FA signing too strand, but I’d prefer to draft one. I’d be happy to see us sign less and less FA’s as time goes on, which would be a function of successful drafting.

Thanks Strand. I wasnt sure. I thought he was pulled off of IR already.
OT I agree that its more of a when not if we draft a WR. The if to me is, if we target a WR in FA.
There’s a lot of truth to that OT, build through the draft.
Cool stuff AB. I just printed what I heard the hour before. Kinda weird I know.
Agree with you again DB. I was so stoked when we upgraded that part of this team during the off season cause I knew the new facility and the new strength and conditioning coach would pay off huge. Luke Richesson had one hell of a reputation and it seems like he is worth every penny.
Here is the full list of FA WRs. I really can see us targeting a couple.
Donald Jones – BUF – (RFA)

I’m all for drafting Tavon Austin WR/PR. The more I read about him the more I like him.
If we were to sign a big name FA in the offseason, my choice would hands down be Steven Jackson. The dude is a beast, wants to win, and would fit our team perfectly IMO.
I agree about Jackson OT and it is very unlikely he returns to the Rams.
Edelman also catches my eye.
The Rams already said they would let him opt out of his contract at years end I believe. It’s more of a courtesy to him.
How old is Steven Jackson?

That has all the FAs for those of you who are wondering. I know theres a lot of this season left to play.

OT yea they said that he has their permission to look for a new team and both sides said going separate ways may be for the best.
Jackson is 29 years old. Check out his career stats, some serious durability..
http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/5549/steven-jackson
The thing that worries me most about Jackson is his injury history.
I bet we do re-sign Stokley. He’s still a solid slot WR.
I want Victor Cruz!!! Let’s see a little tussle between the Manning Bros for Cruz!!!
I’d take any of the 3 coming out of NE…but Welker would be the bomb!!!
DB I wouldnt mind him. But he is a RFA and I dont see the Giants letting him go
I’d like to see that 6’2″, 240 beast line up behind Peyton….
I wouldnt mind Hartline or Amendola. Both have been having quiet good seasons and fit IMO better in the slot but dont play there because Miami and Rams dont have a true #1 WR
Broncos 31 Ravens 17
Flacco goes down 8 times and throws 2 picks 1 for a TD Rice scores both of Baltimores TD’s but is limited to 50 yards
Manning will go over 300 yards and 3 TD
Moreno has another strong effort rushing for 90 yards and catching balls for 60 more yards
Jackson is a solid blocker too. Just what Manning needs.
We need to get Peyton to arm wrestle Eli for him over Christmas dinner. My moneys on Peyton! LOL
LOL DB!!!
Jackson is a good blocker and still has gas left in the tank wants to win. But the last few years he has dealt with nagging injuries though he never missed any serious time (Except a couple years)
Anyone else realize that Chris Kupers injury is listed as an Anke injury?
I betcha Kuper plays, He’s had ten days to get ready for this big game.
VonD – I think you are right that Rice is held to under 100 yrds. I still think that he will be able to bust loose a couple of times…but not more than a couple. Sure wish Mays were in to plant Rice! Let’s go Woodyard!!!
I hope he does Strand. Our OL is defiantly a lot worse without him.
Haloti Gnata and Ed Reed are the only healthy Defensive players to really be concerned about, and I’m not worried about the rusty and injured Suggs. He won’t be much of a factor.
I think if Kupe doesn’t play…I’d sit Manning early if possible.
We’ll find out come game time about Kuper.
Gotta worry about Suggs if he is on the field. He walks past after whistles and delivers kicks to the head and groin. Who knows what he is doing under a pile!!!???
With all of the Ravens injuries, we should be able to run all over them. IMO
And Suggs has a vile mouth.
Strand thats why I have 34-17
Banged up D and OL for the Ravens whereas we are mostly healthy.
Sounds good to me. LOL
I have us winning 44-0.
LMAO@Bay
So 6 TD’s and a Safety by the Broncos, nice!
