Matt Prater converted a 43-yard field goal attempt, cutting the Oakland lead to 24-17 late in the third quarter.

Two 12-yard runs from Tebow and a 29-yard completion to wideout Demaryius Thomas moved the Broncos into scoring position.

Denver now trails by a touchdown with just over two minutes remaining in the third frame.
