UPDATE: Tickets for the Broncos’ AFC Divisional Round game have sold out.
On Monday at noon, fans will be able to buy tickets for the Broncos’ AFC Divisional Round playoff game, which will take place Saturday, Jan. 12 at Sports Authority Field at Mile High at 2:30 p.m. MST.
Ticket prices range from $60-$200 for reserved seats and $175-$425 for club seats. There is a limit of four tickets per household. Tickets will be available at all Ticketmaster locations by calling 1-800-745-3000 and also at www.ticketmaster.com.
Tickets are only available for residents of billing addresses in the Rocky Mountain region, including Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Montana, South Dakota and Western Kansas.
If any inventory is remaining, those tickets will be available at the Broncos Ticket Office starting on Wednesday.

Too rich for my blood. So sick though.
I’m a life long Broncos fan in MS and want to buy tickets to game!!!!
I understand the priority for local fans, but it is pretty insulting to Broncos fans across the country who would be willing to travel and want to support the team’s Super Bowl run this year.
What is the difference between club and reserved seats? Can anyone purchase both types of seats?
I agree I’m from MN and support the Broncos all year…and we are not allowed tickets, CRAZY
I agree, I am an Oregon resident, who was born and raised a In Colorado, and have supported my team always. Shame on you people for not allowing fans period to purchase tickets just because we don’t live in your designated area. However, I will always support my team.
As a season ticket holder, I will have tickets for the playoffs and will not be able to attend–if you are interested tzurenko@msn.com. They won’t be cheap, but they are row 42 right between the uprights in the south end zone (4 tickets)
I agree with others I am in AZ, pretty much in the region, and was/am planning on traveling to the game but I can’t buy tickets because of where I live? This should be changed, there are Broncos fans everywhere and we should all get the opportunity to buy tickets regardless of where we live.
I’m all in, and that does suck for fans outside the region, but the reason I think they are doing this is to protect the home field from having more outside fans than broncos fans
I live ten hours away and would love to attend the game, I’m even off that wknd, but it’s just alittle to rich for my blood rightr now.
You can buy tickets from season ticket holders or others on stub hub or nflticketexchange
I live in Louisiana and have been a fan for 25 years now. Ever since I visited there when I was 17 and my dad was working. I spent three months in Denver and have followed the broncos ever since. I agree, it is an insult not to able to have the chance to see a game.
Hoping I can see yall at the super bowl in new orleans but can’t afford the tickets.
Ann, the problem with tickets from the alternate sites is that the prices are always much higher and StubHub specifically has very steep processing fees both for the lister and purchaser. Excluding non-Rocky Mountain residents means non-residents purchasing tickets will not only have less access to seats, but also have to pay higher prices for what we can access.
I understand there are other places to buy tickets but they won’t be at prices anywhere near these, like I said in my previous post all fans should have the opportunity to buy tickets regardless of where they live.
Plus being that tickets will surely sell out tomorrow the risk of opposing fans buying tickets is very small since the matchup won’t even be finalized until next Sunday.
Good point Pilot!
hi id lov eto ocme wtahc the broncos im a huge broncos fan
This policy stinks! I have been a Broncos fan since the early 70′s, I am on the season ticket wait list, and I can’t buy a ticket because I live in North Carolina. Fortunately, I have some friends in Denver who are going to help me get a couple of tickets.
What why can I not buy i live in ar???
If you ever go to games you know there are rules to purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster. You can still get tickets through another online vendor such as stubhub.com. I can’t believe how people are upset about the rules already established by a highly reputable ticket distributor. Thank you for the information though I am stoked to be a life long Colorado resident!
A lot of teams do this to make sure the home fans get the first opportunity to fill the stands, and the tickets aren’t all bought out by the visiting team. It helps ensure the “home field advantage”.
I don’t know the numbers, but my guess is, most of the play off tickets have already been claimed by the season ticket holders. I are one, and my post season tickets have been in my hot little fist since before Christmas.
PS to the habitually offended from around the country. Stay on the season ticket waiting list and keep them informed of your current contact information and you will get season tickets and first shot at post season tickets when the Bronco’s qualify, which is more often than most.
It probably goes back to when the World Series was in Denver and all those people who weren’t even from this country were buying tix and immediately putting them up for sale for 3-4 times the price. I was willing to pay the face value, but not what craigs list had them for afterwards. I understand a little bit, but it does suck for fans out of area. There’s never a win-win with situations like this. Either way, Go Broncos.
I have been a fain since my early teens. Now that I am in a position to see my team in the playoffs, I live outside the region. This is insulting to the fans outside of the Rocky Mountain Region. Believe it or not, but Denver has a lot of fans in SC.
Western Kansas? Big fans over here in Central Kansas too you know..
A month ago When I was sure the broncos were going to make the playoffs I booked plane tickets from California and hotel reservation for both the wild card weekend and the following weekend to see my first broncos playoff game since the raiders played in Los Angeles. Now I can’t buy tickets because I live in California
“I’ve been a fan since 1901 but I live in some town far away from Colorado blah blah blah”. Grow up.
Unlike rockies world series tickets, this is the best way to ensure that lical fans get to gonto home games and if scalpers in different states can get tickets so can you. Maybe you should go to your games during the regular season and not “fly in for playoffs”.
I applaud this measure and am a proud “resident” of bronco country
To all outside the states that this post said, go on to NFL Ticket Exchange. I know the tics may be more expensive, but that’s the best I can tell you.
I am a season ticket holder and have 1 ticket available in club section 302 if anyone is interested text or call me 757-513-0755. I live in VA now and cant make it.
Hi all,
I could be wrong, but because of the mess Denver experienced in the past with ticket brokers and scalpers getting all the tickets before fans, this may be a way to curttail that. I’m no expert though.
The reason for this is because if the tickets were open to anyone, many people would buy the tickets with no intention of going and sell them at inflated prices. This drives the prices way up, and the profits don’t go to the Broncos or even the Denver region.
This move makes perfect sense in my opinion. You can look at any number of previous playoff ticket debacles, and this is the most fair for us fans.
I will not be able to make the game as I live in NY and airfare is outrageous. If anyone is looking for tickets…..message me. I have 2 seats (aisle) Section 503 row 18. GO BRONCOS!!!!!
I have been a fan for 30+ years and I can’t order tickets for the playoff because I live in California not mile high to be with my family for the game. I am very disappointed with you broncos whoever came up that idea, should be penalized 25 yards.
it prevents the visiting team fans from flooding Mile High. I know the Patriots will only sell to season tix holders or those on the season tix waitlist……and thats for regular season games also It was this way last year for the Broncos
The two big reasons that it is set this way is to 1. keep visting team people from being able to buy them and 2. keep leaching, money hungry brokers from buying a 60.00 ticket and charging people like me 400.00 for it. Does it stink? Sure…I lived in GA and this year I am in Denver finally. So, while I understand the frustration of people outside the market, I get it and have zero problem with it.
but the bottom line is there wont be many tickets for sale come noon today. check the NFLticketexchange….usually cheaper than stubhub.com
Imm lovessz myy broncos and would.i give anything see them for the first time…
hey den199798 – what do you want for your fix? email me at kwhoppe@aol.com
Damn. They let me buy season tickets as a CT resident, when the team was down and out, but no love now when they are red hot
(financial reasons = releasing the season seats).
Even if you lived close the tickets wont come up on Ticketmaster’s website and the phone number listed just gives a busy signal. Disappointing!!!
Can not buy them even if you live in state. Ticketmaster says no tickets found at any price range.
I tried through the website at least twenty times starting right at noon and ticketmaster says tickets are unavailable. The phone # is busy. You can’t get tickets even if you live in Colorado, so out-of-staters….don’t feel too ripped off. We’re all screwed.
Yep that’s what I found too I live in Wyoming and was looking for 2 tickets and started right at noon as well I tried both the website and phone number and no luck with either so everyone is getting screwed. I was really looking forward to my first Broncos game being a home playoff game but doesn’t look like that’s going to happen!
I finally got through to the ticketmaster line, only available tickets are scattered you won’t find two of them together, incredibly disappointing.
@9NEWSSports: #Broncos sold the 5,000 available tickets to the Jan 12 playoff game in 9 minutes.
I am a season ticket holder and have 3 tickets available in sections 100, 302, and 507 if anyone is interested text or call me 757-513-0755. I live in VA now and cant make it.
my tix are up on the ticket exchange…..they are the cheapest at my price level and they are aisle seats. check them out…..Section 503 Row 18 Seats 23-24 (more into the field of play). I attached a link to the exchange…. https://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/NFL/InventoryBrowse/Denver-Broncos-Tickets-at-Sports-Authority-Field-at-Mile-High-in-Denver-1-12-2013?PID=1349628&intcmp=tm105810NFL_LEAGUE_PLOFF1_DEN_TIX_EX
I wish I could go
but airfare is up to over $600 from upstate NY
my tix just sold…..disregard previous post
