Thanks Royal! I thought I`d mix it up a bit. I have a gut feeling we go with the O in the 1st round. After that the D would be fine with me.

  2. alaskanbronco06 says:

Strand I didnt even see it. I was wondering what your were talking about. I take offense to it as I know in some ways im still a kid. Which doesnt bother me cause every person needs some kid in them

  3. strandoftds says:

I act like a kid alot bro, life is too short to be serious all the time.

  4. DenverOranges says:

I would be fine with any of your picks in the first but lets hope we go D the rest of the way

  5. DenverOranges says:

What took you so long to get on today Alaska did the tryouts ware you out?

  6. alaskanbronco06 says:

Strand exactly. Is to short to not behave like a kid at times.

  7. strandoftds says:

I hope we go D the rest of the way if we get a burner on the Offense in the first.

  8. alaskanbronco06 says:

DO long flight back to Alaska lol!

  9. strandoftds says:

And thats why we enjoy football, to get the kid outta ya from time to time. LOL

  10. DenverOranges says:

    LMAO

  11. alaskanbronco06 says:

If we do get a WR i really hope its Hill hes got speed and solid hands. Stats are horrible because they ran the option at GT also we need DTs right hand man. IRONHIDE!!!! LOL

  12. DenverOranges says:

Kendall Wright would be just that pick Strand

  13. alaskanbronco06 says:

They thought my legs and arms were to hairy and i didnt want to shave them LMAO

  14. Bronco_Turtle says:

‘Penny for your thoughts? no, but I’ll sell them for a dollar…’ Great Line from a Great Song…

So… by definition in a Fiat Financial System such as ours a Dollar is worth exactly what the Federal Reserve tells you it is worth on any given day… in other words, an entity that has no association with the our elected governmental entities officially dictates the ‘value’ of the mechanism that said government uses to regulate everything in our daily lives from Rule of Law (fines) to commerce…

Semantically the ‘Value’ of a Dollar can be determined very much as DB said, or as you stated earlier… Value and Worth are not wholly interchangeable terms

This being said… I tend to think a Dollar is worth whatever you think it is… and if you live your life by the simple standard of exchanging your time for money then you are really ‘Short Changing’ yourself…

  15. strandoftds says:

Royal, in the 4th round I went WR/KR, thats if we don`t go Offense in the 1st round. Just an idea bro.

  16. alaskanbronco06 says:

BT I like my answer better its a lot less technical and goes towards sentimental value of a dollar. lol

  17. DenverOranges says:

That would come in handy for the cold games lol

  18. alaskanbronco06 says:

DO LOL I guess they didnt think so

  19. alaskanbronco06 says:

Alright everyone I gotta go run some errands. Be on in a bit.

    Peace out Broncos Country!!!!!

  20. daddybronc says:

AB will never have very much – and there is nothing wrong with that!

I like the def. Turtle. I’m still a part of several groups that work towards getting back to the Gold standard. But what you wrote is true.

  21. strandoftds says:

DO, Kendall Wright would be a perfect fit for Peyton Manning.

  22. DenverOranges says:

Decker, DT and KW = Super bowl

  23. strandoftds says:

Another mans trash is another mans treasure. Can you say Goodwill or Salvation Army. I`ll go to the Dollar Store for particular items. A dollar saved is a dollar earned.

  24. DenverOranges says:

    well Playoffs anyway lol

  25. strandoftds says:

    Afternoon Daddy, hows it going?

  26. Bronco_Turtle says:

DB… Andrew Jackson is my favorite President! as you are aware, he is the only President to ever have the United States completely out of debt… It cost him a second term, but it was the one and only time in our history that we could say we actually owned our own dirt (as much as that is possible…)

I would be all for a Gold or Silver Standard… I’d even be for a Copper Standard so long as there is some sort of guidelines and regulation on who can tell us what is worth what… We live in scary times, and people are not aware really of the extent of control and freedom they have given up to the Federal Government in the pursuit of something that is nothing more than an idea (money) in today’s society!

Not alot of people in my area that do more than work… like slaves for dollars so I applaud you on working toward some form of resolution to a very big problem… Most aren’t even aware of the trouble I’m afraid..

  27. daddybronc says:

I should clarify that when BT wrote:
I tend to think a Dollar is worth whatever you think it is… and if you live your life by the simple standard of exchanging your time for money then you are really ‘Short Changing’ yourself…

It really is what you think about money that determines how much you possess. When you start to analyze money as BT does – you then have choices as how money can be perceived.

BT – is still gambling with his – (Stock market and Broncos) so we can see an example of a guy that isn’t exactly acting on what he knows – for the fun of it! :)

  28. DenverOranges says:

My brother and I once lived together more beer then food in the fridge days as I like to call it he would get all our food from the dollar store one day I asked him why he always got Tuna helper and not hamburger helper his answer was ” I will get hamburger helper when the start selling hamburger in a 39 cent can” lol Bachelors know how to stretch a dollar lol

  29. strandoftds says:

Turtle, I fully agree with you and the Anti-christ is primed n ready to come upon the world scene. It`s all been pre-exposed in the word along time ago. NO SUPRISE for me, I`ve been watching along time. Its gonna get worse, so be ready!!

  30. sndvl says:

Well, I was going to say its worth four quarters.

To a kid, it’s a handful of candy.

To a teen, something out of the snack machine.

To a newer 21 year old, 4 brewskis on quarter draft night.

To a 30 something (like me) a Large sweet tea at McDonalds.

40 year old, 4 brewskis on quarter draft night.

50- One day of term life insurance

60- a cup of joe and a newspaper.

70- a handful of candy for the kids….

But you went all government on me there….yikes!!!!

Got you down strand and DenverOranges.

  31. daddybronc says:

We have another Andrew Jackson running for the presidency – btw. Has his personality too. He’ll never get elected because we have too much access to video and audio. Gotta be a rock star persona to be electable today.

  32. DenverOranges says:

lol Sndvl thanks oh and do you have the name of the bar that has quarter draft night I need to look in to that

  33. Bronco_Turtle says:

:o Good Answer SNDVL! If I didn’t laugh you’d see me on the evening news as simply the next dude in a long line of Dudes that let the World get the best of them!!!

    B-R-O-N-C-O-S BRONCOS BRONCOS BRONCOS!!!

  34. strandoftds says:

Its all coming to pass word for word, right before our vey eyes. Theres no living in fear when you know Whos in control and been pre-written before it all comes to pass thousands of years ago. The truth will make you free!!

  35. royalbroncofan1 says:

Good time to p/u a special teams player strand… 4th pick, espcially since we lost Royal.

  36. strandoftds says:

Royal, if we draft WR Kendall Wright, you can change your handle to WrightBroncesfan1. LOL

  37. Bronco_Turtle says:

DB… I shudder when I think of the ‘Choice’ we are allowed especially when it comes to elections…

anymore we are simply ‘Free…TO DO AS WE ARE TOLD’ or run the risk of being labeled anti-establishment blah blah blah… there are no real choices anymore, even to the point that in some neighborhoods they limit the colors you can paint your house or the height of your fence?!?

WTF… America is a word that people use now to remember a place where people use to stand up and fight for each other and their rights to be people… now people fight for their rights to be ‘individuals’ and exactly like the other milliones of ‘individuals’…singled out from the proverbial herd and vulnerable to influence, ending up the exact same as everyone else, regurgitating party lines and being another cog in the machine…

I’m really getting fired up… I’m sorry guys, this might be the wrong place for this…

  38. Bones1965 says:

I know the strength staff seems to know what they are doing but the Jags who they were in charge of last season led the league with 26 people on IR.

  39. daddybronc says:

I have to get back to preparing for a banquet Friday night.

Glad to see Goodman cut – I hope he is able to retire well. Mixed feelings about McBean. I think the Broncos should have resigned him.

Had a beautiful wedding on Saturday and was able to stop bawling long enough to say my lines in the wedding, and give my speech at the reception. My son-in-law went to pick up the get-away rental and they had made a mistake with his reservation. Knowing it was for his honeymoon they upgraded him to a ‘hot’ Mustang. Good Times!

    Daddy out…

  40. Broncofanatic66 says:

Going offense in the first round? Are you kidding me? I will be very disappointed if we got an O pick in the first. Although RB is a need, it is clear that our Defense should be priority #1! DT or DE with the first pick. Our D line has been sorry with the exception of Dumervil. Ayers is mediocre especially at rushing the passer and we are too old and second rate at DT! I will be extremely surprised if we go offense with our first pick and just thinking about it makes me feel sick. That would be a Josh McD thing to do!

  41. strandoftds says:

    Hang in there Daddy.

  42. royalbroncofan1 says:

    LOL!!! strand!!!

  43. strandoftds says:

So the NFL draft is just around the corner. Lets have an awesome draft!!

  44. daddybronc says:

Take care Strand – you get that basement job?

  45. strandoftds says:

Just having fun. I hope you figure out an awesome handle if you choose to Royal.

  46. Broncofanatic66 says:

When did these comment pages become a platform for people to excrete their opinions about everything other than the Denver Broncos?

  47. strandoftds says:

No! I`m glad too. The guy stiffed my friend for cleaning his house. He`s not a good person and had taken advantage of her. She`s taking this jerk to court. She`ll win. He can`t be trusted.

  48. Bronco_Turtle says:

My sincere apologies for the off topic rant… my focus needs improving!!! :o

Thanks for putting up with me!!! I’ll be back later…

  49. Bronco_Turtle says:

DB… Good Luck with the banquet!
