With the Broncos’ Week 11 win in the rearview mirror, there are still plenty of intriguing games this week for Broncos fans to keep an eye on.
Oakland Raiders at Minnesota Vikings
Mall of America Field
Sunday, 11 a.m. MST, CBS
The first game of interest features the current AFC West leader — the Raiders — and the Broncos’ Week 13 opponent — the Vikings. The Raiders are coming off a victory in San Diego last Thursday night that propelled them to the top of the division. This will be quarterback Carson Palmer’s fourth game with Oakland, as defensive end Jared Allen and the Vikings hope to get to him and get back on track after Monday night’s loss to the Green Bay Packers. An Oakland loss would mean Denver has at least a share of the division lead entering Week 12.
Buffalo Bills at Miami Dolphins
Sun Life Stadium
Sunday, 11 a.m. MST, CBS
This is another game that features two Broncos 2011 opponents, one of whom the Broncos have already beaten in the Dolphins. Miami is riding a two-game winning streak, and a win over Buffalo would drop the Bills to 5-5 on the year, the same record as the Broncos. It’s also a chance to scout ahead to Week 16, when the Broncos and Bills will square off on Christmas Eve.
San Diego Chargers at Chicago Bears
Soldier Field
Sunday, 2:15 p.m. MST, CBS
This game is of big interest to Broncos fans as it pits two of Denver’s next three opponents head-to-head. The Chargers are looking for a win, having lost four in a row. Meanwhile, the Bears are coming into this game on a four-game winning streak.
Kansas City Chiefs at New England Patriots
Gillette Stadium
Monday, 6:30 p.m. MST, ESPN
This Monday night matchup is a must-watch for Broncos fans. The Chiefs, Denver’s final regular season opponent, are coming into this game without their No. 1 quarterback in Matt Cassel, who was injured in the team’s Week 10 contest against the Broncos. Tyler Palko steps in, hoping to lead Kansas City to an upset over Denver’s Week 15 opponent — New England.

BTW…I know who he is!
some great monday morning banter…………nice way to start the day! haha
I’m all ear, BFE
Thanks Bay…
I’ve followed the Blogs since ’08 when people were bagging on Shanny… I’ve read what he said for years and I have come to a slightly different conclusion but as you said, he is entitled to his oppinion…
He may win me over, but I have trouble listening to broken records, especially when all there is is negetivity…
Anyone who watched the 6-0 start knew that team was an aboration and was winning lucky, the first victory that year in Cin was a clear indication…
I love the Bronco’s, and TT will be a very good pro…
VON TEBOW FOOTBALL!!!
FTC
And don’t tell me Orton because Carnage ran McD under the bus while McD was Orton’s backer.
Everybody bashed sndvl for bashing Tebow, butCarnage gets a free ride,by you maybe, but not me,just saying.Just because you changed your mind about Tebow dosen’t mean the rest of us did,he has a ways to go,but I believe he will get there!
Turtle is a new handle this season so either you had another one or you just didn’t post, and I hear you the negativity can be deafening, but I’m guilty of that too, did it for two years under McD but I don’t see so many reasons to be negative now so I’m not, but obviously he doesn’t feel that way and I believe the reason we are the way we are is solely to attempt to take the Broncos to bigger and better things, and it worked with kicking McD out of town, had we remained quite about it he might of had the duration of his contract to destroy us some more…. So long run it’s all good, kind of Debbie downer in the process though, would fully agree with that.
I changed my mind about Tebow?
You lost me there bud.
I have never had a clue whether Tebow could be a legitimate NFL QB but I always said we needed to find out what we had in him so we needed to satrt him so we could address next draft adquately, and honestly I still have no clue today and I seriously doubt Elway deep inside does either. No change of mind here, still trying to find out.
You said Carnage may be proven right about Tebow.
“I love watching Tebow so I bear it, but it’s obnoxious as heck to me, even offensive, I just call it like it feels to a man like me.” your quote.
Seems like you’re half off the wagon to me!
Kinda hard to watch someone play and like him,if he is obnoxious and offends you?
That was all about his religious beliefs that he puts on the NFL platform all the time, you took that completely out of context, you should of copied and pasted the entire post instead.
I thought I made it perfectly clear that I don’t like to mix politics or religions with my football game, but obviously I can overlook it since I have been enjoying the last few games, you’re just grasping at straws, whatever, no biggie.
I think alot of us have just supported the organizations decisions i.e. I supported the decision to start Orton this year and now I support the decision to start Tebow simply because Orton’s performance was bad imo and we now need to find out if Tebow can function in the league. As far as mind changes go well…call it whatever you want. I support the team. I think alot of us have that same mentality with some different opinions on how things should be done. Carnage is smart…obviously but I have now always agreed with his views…but I respect his position.
I have NOT always agreed with carnage*** Sorry for the typo
I’m more of the carnage breed, a bit of a stubborn streak, it takes a lot to change my mind once I made it, maybe because I overly analyze things to start with, not likely I’m in for a shock later on, most of the time anyway.
I know this is not a place to bring up religion, but glax brought it up,bashed the Helloutta half the bloggers on here, and you agreed with him.
Your choice about religion, but if you didn’t wanna talk about it,why did you give your 2 cents about it,and bash Tebow for it???
BTW….not trying to disrespect you.You know me I stick to my guns and am stubborn too…lol.
It is my belief that religion is a personal thing and that there are many of them throughout the world and that you become a believer of those depending on what continent you are born in and I therefore dislike peole putting their religious agenda onto others and obvioulsy that is what Christians have done over centuties all over the world killing millions in the process trying to convert everyone into their faith and to me that isn’t cool, that’s all, and football is cool to me, so there you go, last I’ll ever talk religion here ever again that’s a promise, you unfortunately had to drag me back into it, not cool.
What I do know about Tebow is that he is a Leader of Men… Something that Elway learned to be later in his Career… and Elway can clearly see this now…
Elway Went to 3 Super Bowls on Talent… then he Won 2 Super Bowls as a Leader of Men and getting the most out of his teams talent…
Tebow may have an unconventional style, but that is how the game of football evolved. I love the fact that Tebow plays with a Physical Nature, becuase without people like TT the NFL would soon become the NFFL (Natioanl Flag Football League) where we pay $80+ dollars to watch some guys play catch… (BORING)
Miller plays with the same Physicallity, and I love it! I love to see the opposing Quarterback flinch before throwing a Hail Mary! (Sanchez) I love seeing a Cornerback flinch when deciding whether or not to take on our Quarterback!! (Revis)
What we have is a Football Team, and not a Football Show… and this suits me just fine!!! I like running the ball down the throat of the opposing team, and then seeing the scared in the opposing QB’s eyes knowing he HAS to throw with VON DOOM pinning their collective ears…
I don’t mind people expressing their oppinions, so long as there are some facts or rational provided as well… If there is a reason for the thought process it is Ok to share, but speaking on pure emotion offers very little to the debate…
VON TEBOW FOOTBALL!!!
FTC!!!
Why did you not bash glax for bringing it up then??
I’m not the bad guy here, but he offended a lot of people on here,a lot of people that look up to you, then you blew it off like he did nothing wrong!
I’ll never bring it up again either, btw I didn’t bring it up glax did,I was defending myself!
I never ever defended Glax, just happened to state my beliefs which were worded nothing remotely like Glax even so they may have had some similar basis. You just went to that conclusion all on your own.
Anyway, looking to new blogs with the team back to work today, this one has definitely over lived its life, LOL.
Further more arguing with Glax is like arguing with the devil himself as you found out, haha.
Sorry I brought it up,but there are a lot of bloggers on here that are religious and were offended by him,but hey they are grown ups and can take up for themselves I guess,no biggie!
GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some bloggers are best to be ignored, worked wonder with Glax last night if you check it out, nothing like the previous night when everybody bit on his bait all night long.
Yeah I was up at 4:00 AM EST shoot you can’t argue with the guy,he never ever stops, like the energizer bunny, never runs outta words…LOL.
Broncos Win : 28 – 24
Hope I didn’t offend you, because you know I like you,and we are Bronco Bros just a difference of opinions,if we can’t disagree every once in a while it wouldn’t be a blog right?
I just had to get it off my chest,it’s been bothering me too long!
It’s all good tho!
Just like the devil, always here to try to get your worse, crazy guy, insane, read all the posts I told him all that, said he is so stupid he makes me laugh, looney bin, flew over the Cuckoo’s nest material, said all that, just saying, but religion arguing, no it’s not my thing.
I hear you, I read all the stuff you said about your religious family, and no I’m not offended, I know you speak your mind but you are always willing to see it through, glad you feel better now with that off your chest, probably why I posted my peace about Tebow on that particular post, it’s not all black and white, many gray areas in everybody, even a QB I like very much to see succeed now.
Gotta take a break, you drained me, LOL.
later bro!
My thoughts on Tebow even being put in to start in the first place are that the front office, after the 1-4 start, and heads already being planned for the chopping block, (you know after that first stretch Elway, Bowlen and Ellis were already saying IDK about this coach (if not Fox, McCoy for sure)) decided, that they had more to gain by just going ahead and putting Tebow in — and I would bet my bottom dollar, they were not expecting much, if anything at all out of Tim. Figuring if we lose, Elway has Luck — or the next best available QB, and we can start anew next season because it was looking BLEAK to say the least.
Then the kid comes in and put’s a serious wrench in the cogs that were already turning, looking towards next season.
Finally Fox and Allen start getting our D to gel. McCoy finally takes notice that our offensive line already loves to run block, rather than pass protect. And the light-bulb clicked on. Tebow loves to run, our O-line loves to run block… the answer was hiding in plain sight.
In a meeting the coaches say: ‘hey if were going to run this thing let’s put all the chips on the table and try the option.’
Remember, they said: “this is either going to work or set the game back 15 years.”
They weren’t even sold on it themselves at that time lol. And now, after going 4-1 they’re looking like trend setters. just riding the Tebow train, no brakes, and hoping the wheels don’t fall off. It has become a solution wrapped in an enigma. I’m just enjoying the show lol!

Oh and new blog rule… Don’t feed the trolls… I think that is something that everyone can agree on.
-Royalty
woooooooow is all I can say…woooooow
I dont understand about all the tebow and his religion heck, he didnt start anything. Ive heard not only NFL, NBA, MLB ect all the players say the samething when they win or do something good. You guys never seen another QB point to the sky when they score ? theyve ben doing it for yrs, theyve always said, first Id like to thank god. Why does Tebow get so exploited? Dosnet make any sence whats so ever but everything he does people take it to another level, this isnt his fault, all this stuff happens, its been happening for yrs. Montana was very big with that amongst others.
Oh and one more thing GO BRONCOS I HAVENT FELT THIS EXCITED ABOUT A BRONCOS GAME FOR ATLEAST 14YRS.
