No doubts that Tebow needs to learn and be more productive in the conventional offense, he gets that mastered, he`ll be one of the most scary QB`s in the NFL, no team will want to face us.

Hopefully they`ll use the TE alot more compared to last year. I'm hoping that J. Thomas is utilized in the Broncos TE sets, Tim needs that outlet which did wonders for him in college.

Killerkod, Elway was the same way when he first came into the NFL, trying to make a big play out of nothing. Rome wasn`t built in a day. No excuses, just give him some time. Tim Tebow will get it figured out.

the playbook was pretty limited last season for obvious reasons. I'm hoping that with a complete off-season, they can move away from the spread and operate a more conventional offense. But I don't think it needs to be banned from the O. I think they should keep some spread plays in the offense and mix it up throughout the course of a game.......keeping the D off-balance. I mean, it is what TT runs best, so it shouldn't be taken away from him completely.

I also found TT always trying to make a big play out of nothing........which ended up with him scrambling around like a chicken with his head chopped off........and resulted in a few turovers with him putting the ball on the ground. Two 6 yard gains gets you a first down and keeps the clock and chains moving. I'd rather see a bunch of those in a row instead of one unsuccessful deep attempt after another. The goal is to move the ball, and the more methodical you can be about doing it, the more successful you'll be. Sure, it's nice to sprinkle in some big gainers here and there.........but if that's all you do, the D will read you the whole way.

I love the fact that we had the number one rushing attack in the league last year...........but that's really only cause that's all we could really do. We seriously need a more balanced attack and as many have mentioned here, a really good TE to get those short gainers.

Just to chime in ... I agree alaska .. the job of a proffessional receiver is to catch it when his hands touch it or it hits him in the numbers. QBs won't always throw a perfect ball ... case in point, Brady to Welker, a lil high but welker had his hands on it and didn't catch it and it decided the superbowl. QB can't always be perfect. I do agree Tebow has alot to improve on. Accuracy and progressions and all that. Like BA says, Tebow is always going for the kill ... isntead of underneath routes, I don't think its that he doesn't see it, i just feel he is always trying to make a play and it hurts us at time. Take the check down and move on. Also the QB and his receivers started in the middle of the season together .. .prior to that not much time together ... its a comfort thing, a chemistry thing ... knowing the kinda ball your QB will throw in certain situations and knowing your recievers tendencies and strengths. Comes with time and practice over and over to the point u anticipate what each other is gonna do before its done. Your hands just wait for the ball getting their right as u cut or hook or watever. Will take time. Also i hear its an adjustment to catch from a left when ur whole life u caught from a righty ... lame excuse yes, but the spin of the ball is different so instead of clockwise, the ball is spinning counter clockwise. The few times Tebow actually throws a spiral instead of a duck lol. The drops last year were disgusting ... and hurt more because we knew Tebow didn't complete a high ammount of his passes not even counting drops, so the few time she was on the money, the receivers really needed to make em count.
Ive never been a fan of Quinn. But getting passed over sucked especially if it was just cause the fans were calling for Tebow

Agreed once again lol I don't think you are wrong I personally like Brady Quinn and thinks its a shame he was passed when they pulled Orton. I'm not upset with the way things turned out though lol'
