@daddybronc – not sure that Tebow sticks around with Denver if he doesn’t work out by the end of the season. Elway speech if say, Tebow ends the season with less than a 50% completion record, and the team wins 3 games or less: “Tim has been great for this organization, but we think we need to go in a different direction. We wish Tim the best of luck in Jacksonville, his hometown [yatta, yatta, yatta . .. ]. Elway does not want to deal with having Tebow on the bench as he will undoubtedly let Landry Jones or whoever else he might draft have the same luxury as Cam Newton in Carolina (let them develop even if the team is losing). The fans would be clamoring for Tebow to come in, saying he didn’t have enough time to develop while the team was rebuilding. It’s this season for Tebow in Denver, make or break.

Daddy Fox knows what the Tebow thing is. He can not play it up and make Tebow bigger than the team. He has to down play it. We as fans can build it up all we want.
