Well DMac (Denver sports radio guy who goes out to the practices) is saying that Quinn rumor is lies, lies and more lies.

Denver football has more drama than soap operas....

So McKenzie is going back to Oakland as GM.
McKenzie won a SB championship with the Raiders back in the '80's.

I believe I heard on ESPN that Pouncey’s replacement was Nagerski. Wasn’t there once a player named “Bronco Nagerski?” Maybe an omen

I new it was a problem when I saw a Brady Quinn picture of him throwing. We might possibly do the most taboo thing in football which supposedly "doesnt work" and play 2 QBs as part of the game plan.

Applejack, I knew you were kidding, and I knew BQ ... what I couldn't figure out was dmac and ED (I was thinking Elvis Dumervil and I was like "that doesn't make any sense") lol

They clearly plan to possibly sit tebow ... you don't go into the most important game of the season have ur starting QB who could use all the reps, share reps. They may start Quinn for all we know the first 2 quarters and tebow the last 2 when the Defense is huffing and puffing for breath so he can close it out in true Tebow fashion. We have done alot of unconventional things this year. This wouldn't suprise me. Or maybe we insert quinn for plays that they trust him with more than Tebow. At this rate nothing will shock me. "Just win baby win". Or maybe BQ plays the second quarter, the broncos worst quarter this year lol

Haha wouldn't that throw a wrench in pitts defense. I can just see us putting Quinn in the backfield and TT handing the ball off to him then Quinn chunking it downfield. Or better yet, vice-versa. Quinn taking the snap with TT in the backfield. Pitt looking for the pass and TT or McGahee taking off with the rock. Priceless!

Posted by Mike Florio on January 6, 2012, 3:13 PM EST

Earlier this week, Rodney Harrison questioned my sanity and/or sobriety when I suggested, both in our weekly One-on-One segment and on NBC SportsTalk, that the Broncos should get quarterback Brady Quinn ready to play, in the event that starter Tim Tebow continues to play like he has played in the last three games he has played.

Apparently, Rodney also needs to question the sanity and/or sobriety of Broncos coach John Fox and/or Broncos V.P. of football operations John Elway. Per a league source, Quinn has been getting roughly half the first-team reps in practice this week.

It’s unknown whether Quinn actually will play on Sunday against Pittsburgh, either as a replacement for Tebow (if he fails to “pull the trigger”) or an unexpected change-of-pace insertion. Either way, the use of Quinn could throw a wrench into the Steelers’ Tebow-specific game plan.
