RG3 is the most dynamic playmaker so far, Andrew Luck just keeps on winning and on a depleted team, and Russel Wilson has leadership leaking out his ears on the most complete team being led by a Rookie. Can we award it to more than one player? Personally, I am more inclined to give it to the one with the best record compared to the year before which would give it to Luck. Rex Ryan and Tim Tebow both say that he did not quit on the team, he was "de-selected" by the coach. Anyone who watched TT knows he is not a quitter. You should also realize he is a fierce competitor. He gets more mileage out of a limited skill set than any player I know due to his competitive fire. I don't blame him for being very disappointed about the results of this year. He is on a poor team with a dysfunctional leadership team and has had no real opportunity to alleviate the losing. Yes, it was a good choice by Elway to trade him and give him a chance to play elsewhere. I for one believe that TT has handled everything with an incredible optimism and grace.
