The hardest thing to admit is that there was absolutely nothing you could have done about it. If a person really wants to end it all, they will do it no matter what counciling, intervention efforts or whatever is done by those around him. I say this from my wife's experience. I'm sure some of you will consider this unfeeling. I do feel a great sorrow for those left behind who's life has been forever drastically changed and will wreak havoc on their minds.
