With one game left on the schedule, Denver’s roster is still evolving.
The club placed linebacker Lee Robinson on injured reserve and signed defensive lineman Louis Leonard to the active roster to take his place.
Leonard is a fourth-year player who appeared in one game for the Patriots and two games for the Panthers this year, notching two tackles for Carolina. He also appeared in two games for Carolina last season, posting 11 tackles and a sack before being placed on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
He will wear No. 94 for the Broncos.
The 6-foot-4, 325-pound Fresno State product came to Carolina via trade from Cleveland, where he started four games and played in all 16 games in 2008. Leonard compiled 31 tackles as a part of the Browns in 2008 and spent time with the Rams in 2007 before coming to Cleveland that year.
He was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Chargers, but San Diego waived him as a part of their final roster cuts in 2007.
At Fresno State, Leonard started 28 of the 43 games he played in, totaling 68 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks. He started every game as a senior, graduated with a degree in criminology and attended Verbum Dei High School in Los Angeles, Calif., before coming to Fresno State.

Hey nothing wrong with giving the guy a tryout the last game of the season, let’s see what he’s got!
At 6’4 325,he has size.
Man that guy has only been in the league 4 years and he has already played a major game of musical chair!!!
6-4, 325…I thought he was hiding under my bed as a child….what a beast! Welcome to the Broncos!!! We are ready for some new blood. Let’s see what you got.
need is speed not heft, athleticism most important ingrediant we need.

Any help is appreciated! I want Da Boyzzzzz to win against the FALLING CHARGERS!!!! HHHHHAAAAAAA
Let’s Go Broncos!!!
Wow, they just put the vote for Tebow blog back up top, they really are pushing for the guy….
I hope he wins!
Breaking news. Brett Favre did not commit any violation of NFL rules. Good for Favre.
i think they put it back up because now he is also in the mix for rookie of the week awards… before i thought it was just for the drive of the week or what ever they call that.
Just voted for Timmt T 2k for Rookie of the week. He has some competition so we have to vote often.
@ caramelloo… ya im going to the game as well! super stoked but kinda wish i had been there last weekend instead… have a feeling that this one wont have the same end result. fun none the less tho. we should meet up before the game and have a beer! let me know..
raj that sounds great! our seats are in section 103. My wife and I pan on getting there early so we can walk around, and still have enough time to see the guys warm up.
Also, who sells the best Broncos merchandise in Denver? I’ve been trying to get a Broncos travel mug for a long time.
Bay, I just now ordered the DVD set. It was still 20% off surprisingly. Looking forward to watching them.
I `m especially looking forward to sse the 1977 AFC Champion ship game. It`ll even been kind of strang to see some of the old raider plaers of the day. Kenny stabler, Dave Casper, Gene Upshaw and freaken Art Shell. Awesome lineman Horrible coach.
ooops. Yesterday I Called Casper`s name Billy. Duh, where did that name come from. Ha! At least I get my Bronco players names right. LOL
@ caramelloo….. my favorite broncos store is actually about 2 blocks west of the stadium on federal. cant remember the name, fan something or other. anyway, ive bought a fair amount of merchandise there and seem to remember it being a bit cheaper than the store in the stadium. but you should still check out the stadium store though. lots of cool stuff! my seats are in the north endzone around sec 114 but i usually tailgate for several hours before the game! if you want to meet up for a beer we could just meet in the parking lot where i tailgate. its the same lot as the broncos bus (or one of them) that serves donkey punch every like half hour or so! good place!
yayayayayayay
Thought the Tebow blog was a new blog, until I started reading it.lol.
strandoftds
sorry for the repost, i am behind on blogs!
haha, thats ok man. I figure with the S.D. a lot of people may think that. The weather here is actually pretty nice it is about 30 degrees, sun is shining and no wind, all of which is abnormal for right now. Tomorrow we are expecting an ice storm with temps dropping to 9 degrees on Friday with snow and wind.I would love to live in Colorado someday, love the moderate climate there. Here if we get snow in late sept. or october is is here until may-april. Winter gets very long.
I was pissed for weeks, still bothers me when I think about those bottles getting broken! I have been to In N Out burger when I was out there for spring break in college, me and some buddies had to go because of the Big Lebowski!!
Ya I hear ya S.D. I`ve heard all of the stories. My father was born and grew up in South Dakota. I have relatives in S.D. and minnesota. I`ve been there many a times.
In N out Burger is the best, hands down. In my book anyway.
Strand and sdbroncos left a post on coopers blog in response to your posts, guess I am a blog or two behind, no time to repost am driving across south Dakota right now
since1972…are you a fellow south dakotan? Im always interesting in finding out how many broncos fans actually are in sodak. Im east river so there arent as many fans out here as there are out west river.
1nOnlyTRB…i agree with your first post. I didnt read much past the first couple posts so maybe you posted more and maybe other reiterated it but giving a big fella a shot cant hurt. Maybe he will surprise us
Broncoboy. Yes all my life did spend about 20 years east river or as I call it vikingland so I know how you feel kinda like the lone ranger. Back in rapid city now where I was born and raised .
