You're right x Papa Mojo x...he WAS our captain. If it works for the team I'm good with it, but I'd hate to mess with the chemistry. If anything he has to earn his way into the starting line up which IMO will be no easy feat at this point.

Even though mays is out which kinda sucks, we have DJ coming back. I know everybody is like " I think he has officially lost his job " Well yea maby... but fact is the guy WAS a captain, he WAS a leader for our defense, and he WILL help that unit with his ability and experience. This is a guy who I think comes back with something to prove and will have a attitude about his play that will rub off on the other defensive guys. I have personally always liked DJ. So maby I'm biased but the dude is still young and he is a stud in my opinion. He led our team in tackles plenty of years. When you get a guy back that even statistically has led your team, to me it is an advantage having him back.

Mays is out with a broken leg. Although, I have been saying Mays shouldn't be a starter at MLB, I still really like the guy. Get well soon Mays. Sorry dude.

I pray that if JDR is offered the H.C. somewhere he turns it down. I know HC is sweet and all but JDR could help Denver get a ring or two and sometimes that may be more important. :)

Really beautiful game ,even had Hillman doing well so I'm not so upset we didn't draft Doug Martin. I know this is ultimate nit pick BUT faircatch the punt to prevent start at the two and on punts aim toward the corner so no touchback . Seriously kudos to all the coaches players and darn it Thank you John Elway ! (will someone offer HC job to Del Rio? At this rate 99% they will)Go Broncos!!

I wasn't trying to hate on you Bay, I hope those who are in the path heed your warnings. I wish everyone well who may feel the effects of Sandy.

Wesley Woodyard balled out last night. I don't think it is even human to play that well. Maybe D.J. slipped him some of that no-human stuff he was taking (although it never did D.J. that much good). I think this seals the deal on WLB. No chance D.J. gets his job back, as if it was even a question before.

Trevathan may be an absolute steal in the 6th round of the draft. Still too early to make the call but things are looking good. Someone on here and I talked about developing Danny specifically to cover some of the NFL's TEs and in this game he did exactly that. He did whiff on Sproles once but even Champ Bailey would be hard pressed to make a tackle on Spoles in the open field.

The most underrated thing I see with this team is chemistry and comradery from this team. They congradulate one another and they pick eachother up after a bad play. They care about one another on a level I haven't seen from this team in a decade. Go get em boys! The A.F.C. awaits.

Watch out Bengals, this horse is going to trample you!

Here's a number that DIDN't happen and I really wonder why.
With 1:55 left in the game the Broncos had 4th and 8 to go on the NO 46 yard line. They let the clock run down and took the 5 yard penalty to waste time.
My Question is wouldn't this have been the PERFECT time to let our fantastic Kicker Matt Prater go for a history making 64, 65, or 66 yard field goal? He's capable of it and there was no risk to the win with Denver up 34-7. The worst that could happen was NO gets the ball on their own 46 and eventually scores a touchdown which they did anyway after the punt. Or maybe they get a run back and have to kick an onsides kick off.
The upside is adding to already high team morale and possibly letting Prater get in the record books.
What are your thoughts?
