no – but if you don’t refresh you can get pretty far out of context. Awake – heading for LAX this morning. Yuck!

  2. baylinorcrush says:

Take BroncosLAX with you he probalbly knows all the ins and outs, haha.

  3. 1nOnlyTRB says:

As good as we aareplaying and as low as it looks we will pick. I doubt we will get rb3 like man thought, or trent richardson, or even the top dt, and it hurts cuz thaat means we wont get the top CB either who I really want … one of those lsu kids.

@ant wait for tommorow. Go broncos

  4. daddybronc says:

Unfortunately, I know my way around there pretty well. Picking up an army medic who is coming to ask me if he can marry my oldest daughter. He’s is going to spend some time with us over the holidays including my daughter going back to Ohio to get to meet his family. I’m not sure these are good times.

  5. daddybronc says:

TRB – you are thinking like me – CB and DT are top priorities.

  6. OrangeTsunami says:

I’m not sure if any of you guys live near or know many Patriots fans, but it’s great having a winning record vs. BB and Brady!!

  7. daddybronc says:

The only area of concern we have on offense are the running backs. We can add depth everywhere but on offense we have a great group of young guys whose potential has not been reached. I can’t wait to see this offense after they have had an off-season together.

Tebow or Lord Hoodie: Who do YOU believe in?
    by Greg Smith

No one should appreciate and respect Tim Tebow’s game more than Lord Hoodie.

Bill Belichick has been around football a long time and has enjoyed, first-hand, some miraculous Super Bowl stories. More than once, he’s seen how combining a solid running game, a fundamentally sound defense, and a clutch quarterback can lead to a championship. The Broncos have as good a combination of those three things as any team in the NFL.

Denver’s running game is powerful. It is diverse. It is dynamic. It wears down even the most well-conditioned opponent, especially in the thin Mile High air.

Bill Belichick a.k.a. Lord Hoodie (AP)
The Broncos defense is coached by a man who preaches fundamentals. John Fox’s unit plays with leverage, tackles well, and rarely busts an assignment. They always did in Carolina and they continue to in Denver.

I’m sure the Patriots’ players think they’ll win this week. I’m sure their fans do too. But Tebow is a totally different beast than New England has faced this season. Say what you want about his religious approach, but his results have been incredible. Tebow has been the most-clutch quarterback in the league in 2011. Eli Manning’s a close second, but nearly every week Tebow has persevered at the end of close games.

    Tim Tebow (AP)
As the opponent gasps for oxygen, Tebow gains strength. His size/speed ratio and physical stamina is, as Brian Urlacher would put it, like that of a great running back. His mental stamina is like that of a great chess player. And his level of calm, in even the most hectic of circumstances is, well, like that of Tom Brady.

I wasn’t a believer at first, but after hearing Tebow mic’d up in last week’s game, I believe.

Seeing him during the Broncos’ comeback win over the Bears, I was impressed and captivated. One reason? His performance revealed that no moment will ever be too big for him. He is as confident and calm as a quarterback has ever been. And as he continues to get more snaps, he will only get better as a player, making the Broncos only more difficult to beat. That’s why I’m going so far as to pick Denver to win the AFC title.

As for the outcome of the Broncos game this week, there’ll be no guarantees out of me. I learned my lesson last week, so for now I’ll just take a page out of Timmy’s playbook:

    I BELIEVE Denver will win.

The best defense for a great QB, is a fierce pass rush.. We got to knock him around early and take the lead

  10. OrangeTsunami says:

I hope the FL fans don’t think the reason for the change to Orange next year is in response to Tebowmania… LOL

  11. strandoftds says:

I predict a raiders loss to the Mighty Lions. So by 5:30 P.M. tomorrow the Broncos should be a shoe in for the playoffs whether the Broncos win or lose.

  12. OrangeTsunami says:

The Lions should win that game. What if both the Steelers and Ravens loose and we win…

  13. daddybronc says:

Lions are reeling and Carson is coming onto his own – could be an interesting game. I thin we get better performance out of Tebow with the Raiders pushing on him.

  14. OrangeTsunami says:

Speaking of the draft, we need one more pass rusher.. Can you imagine a DT that also can put pressure up the middle?? That and a legit CB to learn the craft from one of the greats of all time, and we’re set up for a while.. Plus, we’re so young on O!! Love this team!!!

  15. daddybronc says:

    thin = think LOL

  16. Louisianabroncofan says:

    Bronos 28
    patriots 27

We win in the end. Again.

  17. OrangeTsunami says:

Quiet here today.. I’ll leave with this thought on the Hurd issue. Although I’m not sure if he supplied to NFL players, but I’ve said all along that a bunch of them do, and more should partake in the medicinal advantages of the green leaf.. The NFL is a physical grind, and nothing is better than the natural stuff..

  18. OrangeTsunami says:

    *better pain killer

  19. OrangeTsunami says:

For the record, I’m not advocating anything, just calling it as I see it. Just glad we finally have some good character guys, staying out of trouble..

  26. Bronco_Turtle says:

  33. OrangeTsunami says:

Announcement?? Maybe that we’ll throw the ball a bit the first half?? LOL

  34. G_moneycricket says:

Tebow will be the starter for next year. What a shocker.

  35. rayjr26 says:

good god there are a lot of posts on this blog! it took me over an hour to read them all! sheesh…
@ Shaztah… i knew who you were refering to (Big Ben) and have often made that comparison myself! He is big, tough, mobile, and his team relies on good old fashioned smash mouth football… good D and good ground game.
    @ bay…
    prediction:
    28-21 denver of course!!
    Go Broncos!!
    @ turtle… just roc the BONG! :)

  36. rayjr26 says:

when is the announcement supposed to take place?

  37. Applejack says:

    Ray, @2pm MT

  38. baylinorcrush says:

That would surely mess up Tebow for tomorrow, not having that edge that he thrives on needing to prove himself, it would be bad timing IMO if it is what it is. It would make very little sense just before a game, it may be something else.

  39. baylinorcrush says:

And if it is then Elway really does listen to Woody who just this morning said the following:

On Sunday, after the Broncos-Patriots game, Elway should come out from behind the glass and publicly acknowledge the actuality: Tim Tebow will be the Broncos’ No. 1 quarterback next season.

And I would agree with Woody, AFTER the game would make much more sense.

  40. rayjr26 says:

second that bay! holy cow… we just agreed on something! ;)

  41. baylinorcrush says:

You’ve said the exact same thing before, so it can’t be the first time we agree, haha.

  42. baylinorcrush says:

    I have an announcement, LOL:

With safety/special teams standout David Bruton not expected to play Sunday against the New England Patriots because of an Achilles injury, the Broncos made a roster move Saturday, promoting safety Kyle McCarthy from their practice squad and waiving fullback Quinn Johnson.

  43. baylinorcrush says:

    Here is the BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:

    BroncosTV Chris Hall
Cats out of the bag, a lot of you asked for an app, here it is. Visit http://www.broncosmobile.com/ to download the free #Broncos app to your phone.

An app for his TV show and somehow some bloggers went to Elway announcing Tebow as the long time starter, HILARIOUS, I knew that made no sense at all…..

  44. baylinorcrush says:

Can I get back to my life now? LMAO!

  45. Applejack says:

    Big announcement?
    Ummm, no. Utter fail

  46. baylinorcrush says:

The earliest such announcement, Tebow being the long term Bronco starter would come after the last game is played this season at the earliest.

  47. shaztah says:

Well sice I have a crappy phone this won’t help me. i do get mobile alerts though. My phone goes off the chain on gameday. I already went to town and got groceries and now I am cooking home made chicken soup. YUMMY LOL

  48. shaztah says:

I think there is a good chance since I doubt Elway would waste his time working with him otherwise.

  49. baylinorcrush says:

The BIG announcement is in a new blog.

  50. G_moneycricket says:

LOL Kyle McCarthy being signed to the active roster is so an hour ago and not even worth mentioning honestly.
