For the Bengals, wide receiver Marvin Jones, tight end Richard Quinn, defensive tackle Brandon Thompson, safety George Iloka, cornerback Jason Allen, linebacker Roddrick Muckelroy and wide receiver Ryan Whalen are inactive.
