For the past few weeks, college students everywhere have celebrated their graduations. For some of the Broncos’ most recent draft picks, it’s no different.
Richard Quinn graduated from the University of North Carolina last December, but that didn’t stop him from showing up to the Class of 2009′s commencement on May 10.
“I got done with school early,” Quinn said. “But I just went out there to show some love. The main thing is I was just happy to be out there with all my friends and celebrate one last time with them.”
He wore the blue cap just like everyone else, but there was one big difference with his outfit — instead of the accompanying gown, he sported his new Broncos “09″ jersey.

The second-round draft pick said the wardrobe choice drew some smiles and congratulations from fellow graduates.
“Nobody expected that,” he said. “I knew I was going to wear that jersey at least one time, and that was the right time.”
And when people ask the graduate what his plans are after college, it’s pretty obvious right away — he’s going to be playing football.
Now Quinn’s back in Denver getting ready for passing camp, which begins this Tuesday. Just thought you’d like to see how one of the rookies is already representing the Broncos.

Yeah broncobailey99 that would be could. Maybe they should make the jersey with sleeves but have them made up the same as birdman’s arms. So everyone can have the same tattoos.
Can’t blog too long. Been watching Medium. That would be a cool jersey. Tats and all.
haha… I can see it now…
“Sweet!… My Birdman Jersey is here!… AlRIGHT!… and here are my complimentry tattoo sleeves, head band, and hair gel!!!!…”
haha… that would be AWESOME…
Love that Rulon Davis article. I am really excited to see if he can get some playing time. It seems like he has the athletic ability to do so. War to Knowshon Moreno becoming the AFC rookie of the year.
sorry I left last night, Bronco80 got a little emotional during the conversation and I didn’t want to start anything. I have the right to my opinion as do you guys. I just hope you respect my opinion as I will respect yours.
its alright Chris, i understand we both have are own opinions and i respect that, but if not Lebron, then who do you think is the best CURRENT basketball player in the NBA.
Well… I know this can sound weird to some of you, but how if the comments were about FOOTBALL? I think it’d be nice, but it’s just a thought. Sorry if it doesn’t make any sense.
Lebron and the Cavs will go down in 6 games. My LA Lakers are going to also win in 6. Lebron might be the best player but he still won’t win the championship this year. Let’s Go LA!!!
Hey, whitebronco#1 theres nothing really to talk about football this time of the year, we have to keep us entertained some how and now is the NBA playoffs so we can talk about that. And tjames238, are you a sick rapist just like Kobe, how can anyone even think about likin the Lakers after what did. and did you see Denver give the Lakers a whooping last night. Also how can you not like the Nuggets, if you like Denver. Denver is the best city in the U.S. and I will always like the Nuggets and Broncos. Both of your predictions are wrong, its going to be a Nuggets and Cavs Finals.
Hey I have an idea!
Suppose Orton/Simms doesnt work out this year… which is highly unlikely as I have watched Orton tremendously being from Chicago… however, this is just hypothetical.
If they don’t work out… how does everyone feel about getting Brett Favre??? I mean… He’s most likely going to sign with the Vikings this year and then retire just to come out of retirement again next. Any thoughts??? LOL
haha if Farve comes to Denver I will take a vow of silence and live with the Monks in Tibet where there is no TV. I couldn’t think of anything worse than getting involved in that drama.
Brett Favre is done. He is a shadow of once he once was. If you want Favre back Broncs55 we might as well bring Elway and the 3 Amigos back because they are just as washed up.
Aloha Everyone. I am a diehard San Antonio Spurs fan, But, Also a Diehard Denver Broncos fan. Right now i think that the Denver Nuggets are the best team in the playoffs with their depth. And wow that Birdman fellow is awesome. I am predicting that Denver Nuggets and Orlando Magic will be in the NBA Finals.
I think Dwight Howard is the best basketball player currently in the NBA.
