John Elway just sent out a number of tweets regarding contract negotiations with Champ Bailey, who is set to become an unrestricted free agent. For those of you who don’t have Twitter, we figured we’d share them here.
“We’ve been working with Champ Bailey’s representative this week on a new contract, which is an important priority for us,” Elway wrote. “Our conversations have been constructive, and we’ll continue those talks in the hopes that we can reach an agreement. Champ’s an elite player who means a great deal to our entire organization and our fans. We want Champ to finish his Hall of Fame career as a Denver Bronco.”

I agree,champ should be given an opportunityto go someplace more ring friendly,but what do we do place the exclusive rights tag on him,and hope we can get a first rounder for him,(highly unlikely),sign him so that we can draft an anchor for our d-line,and I’m not talking bowers,(we already have Doom,and Ayers)get fairley,to wreck havoc up the middle,that will help the secondary.If we cant keep champ,then we obviously HAVE TO TAKE PETERSON out of LSU.I’d love to hear what you good folks think.BRONCOS RULE FOREVER AND A DAY,GO DOOM!!!!!!!!

Broncos need to keep champ & keep doom as a linebacker in the 4-3 get some d-line help and they would be a super bowl contender the only prob denver has had for ten years is the d-line get that fixed so they can keep other teams from out scoring them off. is good just need def. help stay champ stay we need ya.
