None of the backs we have are good in running between the tackles. If we get too predictable because of this, it'll be a handicap. Only time will tell of course; but an NFL team has to be able to pick up the tough yardage to be successful on third and short. If Oman is avalable, I sure hope Fox is going to look at him. We have a couple of possibilities to make room if they do that. GoBroncos next Sunday at K.C.!!!!

Knowshawn Moreno……This guy has had more time on the sidelines than any Bronco in history! I can’t believe the way he lit it up in college you’d think he had Gale Sayers Genes….He had had flashes of brilliance and much like led Chrystal he shines but much like the Chrystal he breaks rather easily….GIVE THE ROCK TO HILLMAN AND BALL PERIOD! OH AND ONCE AGAIN WE FIND OUT THAT THE ELECTRIC-HEADS ARE CHEATIN A$$ PLAYERS. THAT HIT ON McG WAS SOOOOOO LOW! INTENTIONAL? YOU KNOW, AND WHAT EVER HAPPENED ABOUT THE STICKY STUFF ON THEIR HANDS FROM THE LAST GAME. WHAT IS THE NFL GUN-SHY NOW AFTER THE LAWSUITS BY THE SAINTS PLAYERS? WELL NUFF OF THAT….I AM STOKELEY’D WE LOOK LIKE WE ARE GONNA CRUISE INTO THE PLAYOFFS. AND THAT LINEBACKER CORPS IS ALLREADY BEING COMPARED TO SOME OF THE GREAT ONES IN HISTORY! THE ORANGE CRUSH IS BACK BABY! AND I’M DARN GLAD TO SEE DJ WILLIAMS BACK LIKE HE NEVER MISSED A BEAT! DEEEEEEEEEEEGGGGG!!! STOP CALLING THEM VON DOOM WHEN YOU KNOW THE ARE THE ORANGE CRUSH REBORN! I WAS JUST VOTING FOR THE PRO-BOWL AND IT SEEMED, NO STRIKE THAT ITS A FACT THE BRONCOS ARE ON THE TOP OR NEAR THE TOP IN STATS FOR NEARLY EVERY SINGLE POSITION. EVEN SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYERS. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF OUR WHOLE TEAM WENT TO THE PB AFTER WINNING THE SB IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE….OH WELL A GUY CAN WISH CANT HE! GO PONIES SWEEP THE CHEFFS!!

Sorry to hear about McGahee but these things become more likely the older you get. Which was the reason I wanted Doug Martin. A durable RB on the team behind McGahee to take over things. We got hillman tho, and while good, he is far from Durable, much like Knowshon. Ball and JJ are probably our most durable now, but none can get the tough yards McGahee got. I see knowshon getting work. He is the most experienced of the Lot. We will have to address RB again next year ... and I mean a durable one. 6-8 Weeks ... thats well into the playoffs. Smh. He has come back from injuries fast in the past but MCLs linger.

All is not lost tho. Like has been said, next man up. Or in this case, men as neither can handle the load by themselves, even tho the load has been significantly reduced this year in comparison to last year. Kuper should help things. Glad he is back.

Later days, TRB

RH...nice work on finding that IR rule. I was thinking of Ray Lewis. NE will probably make the same move for Gronkowski.

I'm just wondering about it being limited to one player. I assume we haven't used this exemption, or if we had plans for another player. I would think McGahee would take precedence over anyone else. Perhaps admin can clarify?

As for right now McGahee will remain off of IR. McGahee is working to be back in 4-6 weeks.

Most likely Ball will be the starter with Hillman still coming in for some plays. JJ likely to stay on PS and Moreno go to active. Moreno must step up when he gets his # called.

Starting in 2012, the NFL and the NFLPA reached an agreement allowing one player placed on injured reserve to be brought back to the active roster. Provided the provisions that the player was on the final 53-man preseason roster (A rule exempted for the 2012 season), and that the injury is deemed to keep this player unable to practice or play football for an estimated six weeks, the player may be allowed to practice after Week 6, and be activated to play after Week 8.
