I believe we should stick with the LBs we have starting right now. DJ is just DJ, and will always be a great LB. Webster plays with a lot of intensity, which is a good thing to have for a LB. And Boss seems to have lit up a fire under his butt, which I think comes from him finally getting to play on the same team as Champ.

Nice job, D.J. Hopefully, the rest of the defense plays with your excellence and passion as the season progresses.

DJ definately saved this defense from even worse statistics. At this point, there is no identity, no idea of how to play good defense with the personel on the field. DJ, Elvis, and actually Engleberger-whom I've actually thought should not be starting, but is producing-are the only defenders who are showing anything. Robertson gives a push here and there, but not consistently.

Maybe Slovik should try aligning the LB's a bit different, to keep them from overpursuing, and running out of control, missing tackles.

Corners-are they not the better cover corners? Play them up to jam recievers, get the offense out of timing, give your front 7 a chance to apply pressure.

Dline-More games!!! slants, pinches, twists, etc. Obviously, they can't get pressure, man to man, so use their speed and move them around. Then fill with the LBs.

If underrated had a name it would be DJ Williams. This guy is really good. Unfortunately the rest of the D isn't. The Broncos should go for a big trade with a lousy team. Maybe a safety from a bad team would do it. The offense is awsome but don't expect this airshow to last deep into the cold months of the season.

if only all 11 players played with the intensity DJ played with. I'm not moaning, i just don't want to feel as though the O need to score on every drive to win ;)

Go Broncos!
