Elway live, that sounds like way back then, if only, LOL.
Looking forward to seeing John speak. Awesome!!
Excellent! Now we get to see about ‘transparancy’.
Bet you will never guess what MOST of the questions are concerning?
The Million Dollar Question?
Yep, in many, many different ways. If we don’t learn anything else from today’s show it will be their intentions for the QQ situation.
I wonder if Regis Philbin will ask John Elway the million dollar question; Now John for 1 million bucks is it __________ as our starting QB?
A. Kyle Orton
B. Brady Quinn
C. Tim Tebow
D. Adam Weber
NO, the answer is Andrew Luck!!
Just messing around. LOL
Well strand, according to all of the analysts on ESPN, the answer is going to be “None of the Above”. They are very adamant that our franchise qb is not on this roster.
Hey guys, just joined the site, wanted to test how posting works. Hopefully will be able to see this on the blog.
Well, what do you know. As simple as that.
May I be the first to welcome you to the best blog in the NFL!
Little bit about myself. I came from Belarus (Europe) 8 years ago. Played mainly soccer there and thought that american football was a stupid game until I saw Tebow speaking about the loss to Ole Miss in 2008 (He won national championship later that year). He made his famous speech that is now engraved at the UF. His passion was obvious and decided to watch his next game. since then I learned all about him and decided to follow the Gators. I learned the rules of the game and become a huge fan of the game. Obviously, you guessed by now whose I am.
I was reading the blogs every day and decided to sign in and may be comment on some topics. For all who doesn’t know much about the Tebow, I will post some links later to documentaries about his high school days and so on. You have got to see him scoring a minimum 15 yard RUSHING TD with a broken leg. I do not think there is a QB in the league now that can even see doing it himself in his dreams.
I missed “fan” in at the end of the first paragraph. (… whose fan I am). My bad, trying to print and play with my 2 year old at the same time.
Since you are new to the blog, I would like to give you a little hint. You may go back and check some of the older blogs. You will find that the subject of Tim has been covered extensively to say the least. That will give you some insight to what knowledge we already have about him alone. This way you will not be opening a can of worms that has already been put to the fish hook so to speak.
“Live” stream starting on home page.
@ seweatherman1: Thank you. By the way, it really is one of the most exiting blogs in the NFL. I went to several other team blogs and saw like 30 comments a day comparing to hundreds on our. Bronco fans are definitely more involved.
Strand,
Luck is a Kansas City Chief
Taking forever to load the stream. Ugh!!
@ seweatherman1: I did read a lot of older blogs (couple of months at least) and I will not be trying to convince anybody to do anything, I just want to speak out what’s on my mind, sometimes. I will be patiently waiting for Tebow to start and then, after he plays we will talk, argue and compare.
And now it’s just looping the Xfinity ad!! Dang it!!
Somebody tell them to turn John’s microphone on.
Welcome JB Fan,
post what ever you want who cares not everyone has time to read old post all day
What’s going on with the stream? What’s Elway saying? Types of Questions?
can’t get the stream to load so I’m in the dark
same here 27
He is really hard to hear hh27. I am in a radio production studio and I have had to turm my speaker volume way up. They are just talking about the game this past weekend, but they are avoiding all of the Tebow questions.
The media video part on this website never works well on my computer and this one is real bad, but don’t expect anything other than vanilla questions, all tough questions will be put aside, that would only make sense, no reason for adding more QQ to the QQ, LOL.
Yep, very vanilla, very non-transparant! I really thought that this was going to be something different.
So, more treating the fans like mushrooms? Leaving them in the dark and feeding them bull?
Figures.
PR is a wonderful thing.
I was following the questions that were submitted, and eveery one having to do with the QQ were skipped. The only discussion of TT was being in as a receiver and what he is on the roster, a quarterback. dadadadada
Gotta go. Be back on in about 8 hrs.
Yep, vanilla indeed. By the way, according to Elway, we got a chance to win the division and make it to the Playoffs. I thought he saw the games, may be it was his secret twin in the stadium.
Maybe Elway forgot to add in a word there…”we’ve got a slim chance to win the division and make it to the playoffs.”
Every team has a chance to win their division and make it to the playoffs…16 chances…so far we blew 1 chance.
Air Force training sucks…for my minute free that I have…
Broncos 20 – Titans 16
Yea it was vanilla … i knew there was no way they would touch any real Tebow starting questions. And well … John Elway maybe a bit delusional but at least now hopefully people can keep the “suck for luck” possibility a rest. Not to say it won’t happen … this team can suck well enough on its on without trying to lol. But at least they have a winning mentality.
You are right, Luck might just end up a Chief or a Seahawk … seeing as how 49ers have decided to win … guess there will be no reunion for Jim Harbaugh.
ps: welcome to the blogs JBF
Later days, TRB out…
What I’ve learned so far is that we are able to score around 22 points on average against so-so defense. I think we will score less in next game, since it will be their house (Orton will be effected by the crowd, I think). Titans should score over 20, I think C. Johnson will be a factor. Not only can he run straight (which is challenging enough for our defense), but he can also put on a move or two on it. Even though he sucked in first two games, I think he will have a much better game this time.
My prediction:
Denver 17 – Titans 24
Looks like we’ve signed Quan Cosby. Former Texas star wide receiver. Last seen on the Bengals, mainly as a special teams player.
I love the pickup, he will definitely fill in nicely in the return game. Consequently, Johnson was sent back to the practice squad to make room for Cosby.
Sorry if this repeats someone else’s post, I just did a quick glance and did not see it mentioned at this point.
TE John Nalbone was also signed to the practice squad today.
Former 5th round draft pick of the Dolphins, went to college at Monmouth
gona be a tough one. I think titans take it 26-16
No, I agree with Elway, that the Broncos have a slim chance to make Division Playoffs. However, I can’t say that I’m particularly interested in making the playoffs, as penetrating the playoffs. When you are interested in making the Playoffs, you limit your goals for success. To my mind that is setting a goal which guarantees failure, in terms of the ultimate goal of winning a Championship. As long as you are defining your goal as penetrating the playoffs, you are more likely of placing yourself in a position of winning at the Championship level and beyond.
