Dawkins is a true professional. He should be a coach when he decides to retire. Talk about motivation!!

Dear Denver Broncos,

The Jets are talking A LOT of trash for a team that has only won one more game than we have. They scored 16 points against the worst defense in the league. Let's play with some pride (like you already have) tomorrow night and beat them at their own physical style of football. Let's clobber their quarterback. Let's punish their aggressiveness on defense with our zone blocking scheme, and then punch them in the mouth with the power o when they hold back. These guys think it's all about read option with us. Let's show them that we have the most complex running attack in the league, and then air it out as needed. I know no one in the locker room has forgotten what happened the last time we were home. These guys want to embarrass us again. They are not an elite team this season. 5-4 is not an elite record. Lets wear these punks out in Mile High and show them what it really means to be a tough football team! When you're done they'll be 5-5 like we are, wondering how they got beat by the Broncos.

Sincerely,
A fanatical fan

our deffense should be able to take care of sanchez. We should win 23-19 I love the running game that fox installed. No one can't say our line is weak true warriors in the trenches. Keep up the good work allen.

Willis McGahee limited in Broncos practice
By Lindsay H. Jones
The Denver Post

The Broncos have about 24 more hours to decide if starting tailback Willis McGahee will be able to play against the New York Jets.

McGahee again was a limited participant in practice today morning in the team's final session in preparation for the game Thursday night.

Head coach John Fox will release a final injury report at the conclusion of practice, around 12:45 p.m. All of the Broncos 53 players were present at the start of practice, though several ran back into the building to add more layers because of a biting wind.

It is expected that McGahee, who injured his left hamstring last week against the Chiefs, will be listed as questionable.

McGahee is a critical piece of the Broncos' run-first offense, with an average of 5.0 yards per carry and four 100-yard games. He played for only one series against Kansas City before he was injured on a red zone carry.

Should McGahee be unable to play, Lance Ball — previously the No. 3 back — would make his first career start.

With 30 carries against the Chiefs, Ball more than doubled his previous single-game high in attempts (13) last week after McGahee and Knowshon Moreno were injured.

Jeremiah Johnson, signed off the practice squad on Monday, could also get the first rushing attempts of his career.
