First!!! I think D Graham is up on his bronco history….i like most of his picks!!! However,,, i know EAZY E, eddy Mac should be on the all time team, but i love having the double 80’s on the field….Rod Smith and Mark Jackson….Jackson didnt put up guady stats but he was Elways main man for some great years….
I love the Simon Fletcher pick…he is truelly a bronco legend, i just wish we had somebody that could rush the passer like he did….And We gotta have Dennis Smith on the team at FS…LOVE THIS BLOG!!
1st comment, what do I win? I beat you Aussie!
sounds like a super bowl winning team to me! An ultimate team assembled by an ultimate bronco!
meh, Next time Cdudbronc24
See now who’s the sore loser Aussie!!!! LOL, glad you got here first Cdud.
Too funny!!!! hahahaha
I got 15 of your picks but what about lepsis, smith (who in my view sealed the deal at XXXII and XXXIII) and crockett and Gradishar and ole Gonsoulin did you actually read the stats? I know that they are not all ring of fame members but the stats do not lie and neither do those Lombardii trophies
Oh and by the way Sammy Winder was waaaaay better than little, I seen them both play, just look at the stats.
Crush Arizona…you are sleep deprived at best.
YOU need to “look at the stats”…
Winder: 5427 total rushing yards for career, 3.6 per carry and 39 total touchdowns.
Little: 6323 total rushing yards for career, 3.9 per carry and 43 touchdowns. AND…11 yards per punt return, 24.3 per kick return, 5 Pro Bowls, a 1st team all pro and left the league as its all time leading rusher.
Having said that, stats often do not tell the tale of greatness. Winder was a GOOD back on teams that did not give him a lot of room to run. Given. But Little was a SPECIAL back on a great many not-so-special teams.
Lepsis over Lanier any day. You see Lanier on alot of NFL clips…… Gettting his butt beat on every play. He gave up the safety in our SB lost to the Giants.Watch the high lights of Bruce Smith, D Thomas and others and you will see Lanier.TNalen was the best center that ever played for the Broncos. He was just nasty!!Stinky should be there too. Look at the SB Oline they DOMINATED!!!! All of them should be there.Tomstone Jackson was a beast!!!!
14 of 25 with my team.
Go Broncooos!
i was first losers
I think Ed McCaffrey is SO underrated. He made some of the best catches in football history. He and Rod Smith should HOF’ers.
Top ten QB’s of all time:
1. Dan Marino
2. John Elway
3. Joe Montana
4. Tom Brady
5. Terry Bradshaw
Not enough choices. I need about 45 or 50 more. LOL
Goooooo Broncos!!!!!!!!!
ramboski, I didn’t even see you’re comment when I posted.
k, the dreaded day has come. should i get a dumervil jersey?
my top 5 is
Dumervil
Hillis
Graham
Orton
Made-up name with a random number
EX. Jackson, 87
the fan, 12
Did anybody else hear about Patrick Surtain might be signing with the Broncos
did you guys read the david brutton story. a player who feels he owes the Broncos. Now that is refreshing.
thatdude807, where did u read that?
I can’t remember the 70s (I was born in 1982), but wasn’t Haven Moses an all-time great? Rick Upchurch belongs in the conversation and I have met him. He’s definitely nice. I know Steve Atwater and Dennis Smith have to be the safeties. As for Broncos I can remember, Sammy Winder was really good as was Simon Fletcher. Maa Taunvasaa was always one of my favorite defensive linemen as well. Glynn Milburn, Bobby Humphrey, Ricky Nattiel, Mark Jackson, the list goes on and on. Daniel Graham is older than I am and I trust his choices. This is random, but I expect big things out of Spencer Larsen this season. As always, GO BRONCOS!!! If Pat Surtain can still cover, he might not be a bad pickup.
Torain ATV fan,
do you have a link to that story?
Nevermind
found it.
bronco-blaze glad u found it. everyone is on the Coop page
sorry the whos #1 blog
hey Wiggytwig, But how many more years did it take him to get those extra 4 touchdowns? and som 900 extra yards mmmm and sammy was in a pass happy scheme behaind young elway and had good hands out of the backfeild.
Oh yeah and sammy had a couple of afc championship wins in his resume
I love the picks Daniel but I am so ready for training camp and some new news about the Broncos.
its all good lol…..please lets get surtain…he would be a great leader and only help the team…he played well with KC
Crush Arizona;
Winder played 10 more games than Little…you proved MY point.
Pass happy? Sure…cause Winder could not take over a game with the exception of 1 year.
Look, I loved the “Mississippi Mud Walk” as much as the next guy…but, please…Floyd wally-mopped Winder in terms of skill. Period.
A link for the Surtain story please?
does anyone have a link to the Surtain story?
The only thing certain about Sertain is that he’s old, slow, not getting any better and will add nothing in the leadership department that Dawkins hasn’t already doner on spades. Which young, fast, capable of improving Bronco D back would you have him replace?
Attached is a link on Brandon Marshall.

Floyd little never won any ballgames!!! Sammy Winder was a pass catching runningback….floyd was 1st but sammy was more productive for winning teams, with big catches in playoff games.!!!!!!!
Thanks for the link royalbroncofan1
Randy Gradishar
No problem monodono!! Hope things are going well! Good to see you on online again!
ramboskithefan, Don’t belittle how great a back Floyd Little was. Both he and Winder were special, but I think what Floyd did was even more special given the caliber of the rest of the team around him at the time. Floyd may not have “won” any playoff games, but there is no “I” in team. Winder could not have won playoff games without the rest of the team. This is not a way to judge how great a player is. An interesting stat for Floyd Little is that during his time in the NFL, the only running back that gained more yards than him was O.J. Simpson. The running backs that Graham picked are the Broncos all time best hands down. Nice job Daniel!
GO BRONCOS!
trigger73, you said “Top 10 QB’s of all time then listed 5?
Things are going well royalbroncofan1, I just moved out of Downtown Denver and back to Steamboat Springs, so I’ve been busy with all that. starting to get settled in and I will be on more.
